GoogleJohn O'Sullivan from Ray Cooke lettings helped us earlier this year to find tenants for a 6 month lease. John was very responsive, had a great strategy and we ended up with the perfect tenants for the 6 month lease. I would highly recommend their office for lettings and their letting fee was actually lower than a few other agents I had contacted!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently purchased my new home through Abby in Ray Cooke. She was a pleasure to deal with, always great with communication and responding to queries quickly which was not always the case with other agencies. She made a very stressful process much easier. Also mention to Lauren who I had viewed so many properties with, she did her best to help me find the right place.

The whole process, from viewing to moving in, from signing tenancy agreement to transferring of the utilities had been made super easy and seamless. I was offered two viewings for a property. The first viewing went well, and within a week, they called to inform me that my application had been successful and asked when I would like to move in. I told them as soon as possible, and they assured me over the phone that they could arrange it and would send over the documentation.

GoogleFound the whole experience of selling with Ray Cooke an excellent one. Conor guided us through the process and made sure we were informed every step of the way. It wasn't the easiest sell so it was good to have experience behind us. A shout out to Kerrie in the office too who really looked after us from start to finish. Would recommend Ray Cooke 100%.
