Jamie was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! We went sale agreed in June and just got our keys last week , the process with Jamie was seamless and he was so helpful with any questions or things we needed to get done he was always there for support! Were first time buyers so it’s definitely daunting when going into the property market but he took the time and really listened to what we were looking for, was really efficient getting back to us throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Jamie as an auctioneer if you’re buying /selling!

Kevin was really good and helped us get our very first house in Dublin. He was always available to answer any queries and to follow up on any documentation. He did a really great job showing us around the property and giving us the details. We dealt with Leanne H from the Terenure office,from the start to the end she was brilliant, any issue that arose she dealt with it straight away,the whole process would be much more stressful if you didn’t have someone like Leanne in your corner. I’ll be honest,some estate agents I have had dealings with over the last while were an absolute nightmare but as I said I can’t recommend her enough,all you want is someone to be professional,fair and genuine and she was that to a tee. From the very first time we met him, he showed a genuine interest in us and a real care in supporting us through the process of buying our home, which immediately put us at ease. A lack of decency

Yes the housing market is a mess and your in the business of making money but would it kill you to have the decency to send a quick email explaining the situation to people. Got to the stage where we were supposedly picked to send our details to the landlord. Never heard another word despite texts and calls. Waiting for word but was completely ghosted. This is people's lives yous are playing with. A 30 second email to say we hadn't got the place would have been enough so we could move on from that one. Maggie O'Shea was our agent.

I am glad to have Abby as the first estate agent (or sales negotiator) I ever worked with for the purchase of my very first home. She was helpful and responsive to my queries and questions. The part I am most grateful for was that she was understanding of my visa delay situation and willing to wait, instead of trying to push for the closing of the sale as quickly as possible (which some dodgy agents would probably do). A shame we couldn't meet in person on closing day, but she was ready on the other end of the phone to ensure a smooth transition from the final inspection to closing.
