I had an excellent experience with Ray Cooke Auctioneers when purchasing my property. I dealt primarily with Lauren who went above and beyond for me and made the whole experience so smooth and stress free. I was always kept up to date with the progress of the sale, I was acommodated with times that suited my work schedule and the communication was always clear and concise with very quick replies. The level of professionalism I experienced with Ray Cooke was second to none and I would whole heartedly recommend Lauren and Ray Cooke to anyone on their journey to purchasing a property.

As buyers, Lauren was a pleasure to deal with. Easy to contact, quick response time and she went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Sales Director Ross, however, needs to work on his customer service skills and needs to put a bit of extra time into his due diligence when it comes to the properties that Ray Cooke are selling. I would not let this put me off working with Ray Cooke in the future as Lauren and the girls from the Terenure office were all very friendly and professional.

Scam Artists. This crowd of frauds are one of the reasons property prices are the way they are. Multiple fake bids to drive house prices up. Guide price is the same for every property and somehow every property I had bids on always had 4 other bidders that went up in 1k increments. If you see a house advertised by Ray Cooke do yourself a favour and avoid them because you will pay 10% higher than the actual value of the property minimum due to the fake bids they tell you about. Scum.

Went through the process of selling my house with Cillian and the team...Cillian was the main point of contact and went above and beyond to help me sell my property. Working late in the evening when and if required and helping immensely with getting my property sold as quickly and as seamlessly as possible. I couldn't have asked for more from him. Eight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.
