Single handedly the most unprofessional estate agent. despite numerous emails and phone calls to try and arrange viewing on any rental property these people seem either unaware or unwilling to engage with people. I would be asking serious questions if I were a landlord trusting this company to successfully rent out my property.

Scam Artists. This crowd of frauds are one of the reasons property prices are the way they are. Multiple fake bids to drive house prices up. Guide price is the same for every property and somehow every property I had bids on always had 4 other bidders that went up in 1k increments. If you see a house advertised by Ray Cooke do yourself a favour and avoid them because you will pay 10% higher than the actual value of the property minimum due to the fake bids they tell you about. Scum.

GoogleIts being a great experience right from the beginning dealing with Ray Cooke in relation to purchasing a property. Cillian Crehan was exceptionally professional in handling any queries through out the sales process. He has great patience in answering every small question I asked. I am very pleased and happy with him. I will definitely consider Raycooke in the future once again when purchasing another additional house. I am hoping I can get Cillian like person during the sales process :-). Thank you once again Cillian for all the assistance provided. Regards Krishna

I have stumbled upon several properties to rent from raycooke on daft, I have send enquiries for them, no response whatsoever. By reading experiences from other people here, I'm even not going to waste my time and trying to reach them by phone.

GoogleWent through the process of selling my house with Cillian and the team...Cillian was the main point of contact and went above and beyond to help me sell my property. Working late in the evening when and if required and helping immensely with getting my property sold as quickly and as seamlessly as possible. I couldn't have asked for more from him. He kept me updated and was in contact and available for queries and it was great just dealing with the one person who was on the ball each and every time and knew what was going on. He offered great professional and personal guidance. I would highly recommend Ray Cooke Auctioneers and the team if you are thinking of selling.

Eight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.

GoogleI engaged Ray Cooke to handle the sale of my home in 2023. I dealt with Ross McHugh initially and Cillian Crehan looked after the sale. I was very pleased with the service I received. My queries were answered quickly and clearly. Cillian provided help and advice on how to prepare the house for photographing and viewing and he managed viewings well. I was happy with the price we achieved in line with what Ross had estimated. Everyone I dealt with at Ray Cooke was helpful and professional.

Cillian kept me up to date throughout the sales process and beyond and had my best interest in everything he done. Highly recommend Ray Cooke Finance also- Annemarie has been amazing in ensuring I have everything ready to for my onward purchase, especially in the current climate, my mind is at ease with Ray Cooke and would not hesitate to recommend them!

She was so helpful, always kept us up to date on the progress and was very accommodating when we were arranging for the valuer and the surveyor to attend to the property, and for arranging a final inspection! GoogleI bought a house which was marketed by Ray Cooke Auctioneers in September 2023. Cillian was a true professsional Estate Agent throughout the processs and he kept me in the loop at all times. He arranged access for a Surveyor and was very helpful throughout the buying process. In addition I found the platform used for bidding on the house to be very transparent and very useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray Cooke Auctioneers for anybody buying of selling property.
