Not happy with Eimhin

I recently visited two properties listed with Raycooke Estate Agents, and my experience was very mixed. Molly was fantastic, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. However, my interaction with Eimhin was unacceptable. He was dismissive, impatient, and made me feel as though my questions were a bother rather than part of the service. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which significantly impacted my overall experience. It's disappointing that such a stark contrast exists within the team. I truly appreciate Molly’s effort, but Raycooke should ensure that all their agents uphold a respectful and welcoming standard.

Dear Mr Ray Cooke, please check random replies from all of your team to the clients/home buyers. Imagine yourself as buyer in a new country like Australia or Thailand. Then see how your team replies to the queries of the expatriates who don’t know much about property buying in Ireland and are still the highest buyers of the houses/ apartments. - Oscar award for not picking up the calls goes to Ray Cooke. No reply on the voicemail. - They actually think they are like selling sunset team but are not aware of basic things like if parking comes along, movable fridge is part of the house or not etc - Team definitely isn’t be aware of seller’s position if the seller has contract signed for the new property they are buying. 3 months later they just mention to the client that due to change in personal circumstances, seller is not selling. Like your time emotions all the hard work does not matter. - Your team tries to push the clients to jump the bids with big amount on the bidding that they think seller will close at. - Would never go sale agreed until all the money has been paid. My property was posted sale agreed after the key was handed over to me. - team Lost they keys of the apartment when the survey was suppose to be done All in all, please be professional, kind and compassionate to the buyers and sellers.

I was invited to a viewing of a rental property scheduled for Friday, March 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., via an email sent on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 4:11 p.m. by agent Fionn Cooke. I realized he had mixed up the viewing date. On Friday morning, March 13, I also received a message from him: “It’s at 5 p.m. now.” I traveled from Dublin to Killee and arrived at exactly 5:00 p.m., as stated in the message. The agent never showed up. His phone was turned off, and there was no explanation, cancellation, or follow-up message. The email also stated that this would be the only viewing. It was a complete waste of time and extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to be cautious.
