GoogleAbby is one of the best estate agents I have dealt with. She always made herself available for viewings when she could at short notice. She is very capable, honest, and pleasant. Our purchase went through smoothly enough in the end thanks to Abby. If I was selling my house I think I would ask Abby to sell it for us. John and Miriam Sandyford.

GoogleI bought a property sold by Ray Cooke recently. There was a long delay between sale agreed and sold on the property and Cillian Crehan, the sales negotiator, couldn't have been more helpful during the process. He was always available to help and advise, and went above and beyond the call of duty in dealing with any queries and keeping me updated. I highly recommend the service provided to me as a buyer!

Better name would be ray crook. Hours and hours wasted. Nobody will answer your emails and phone calls. How could a landlord not getting this? There are flats from may still vacant.

Looking to buy a property from ray Cooke didn’t want to sell my property with Ray Cooke was immediately taken from the listing and told the banks would not deal with two separate estate agents which is false but wouldn’t entertain me after this very very rude person we dealt with who was also the sales director for this company would not recommend this to anyone Ross McHugh was who we wore dealing with

We were offered surveyors and solicitors which helps a lot with the process. She replied to all our queries very quick and she always demonstrated good willingness to help and support.

I had a very disappointing experience with the realtor Enea Mimini. He sent me an email to schedule a viewing for an apartment, and when I arrived at the location, there were four other couples also waiting for him. After waiting for 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called Enea to ask if he was on his way. He answered the phone in a very rude manner and claimed he had sent an email cancelling the viewing. This was simply not true, none of the people waiting there had received any cancellation email.

We cannot thank Abby and the team enough. Keys just before Christmas made it all the better! Anyone looking for a place to buy their home Ray Cooke is the place to go!

GoogleDealing with Ray Cooke as a Property Mangers of our rented property has been a nightmare! They blatantly lied on the property advertisement and to our faces with the promise of a storage unit to accompany our apartment. There were numerous other items that were promised but as soon as we signed the lease the agent suddenly was impossible to get hold of and insisted that he couldn't deal with any of the items because he only handled the advertising and not the management. The "management" is an online portal that takes weeks to get anything solved. When we moved in it was clear no checks has been performed after the last person has moved out. The radiators weren't working, the boiler was leaking, the extract filter was filthy and a fire hazard. There was no fire blanket or extinguisher, the couch was broken and the list goes on and on. I am certain most of these issues were never presented to the landlord and Ray Cooke just ignored them because they know its nearly impossible to find alternative accommodation in Dublin. After finally terminating the lease we have had to raise a dispute with the RTB over Ray Cooke's failure to return our deposit.

Google5 stars isn’t enough! Long story short. Another letting agent had taken 11 weeks and found me an awful aggressive tenant who had not paid his rent in months, trashed my apartment, left it without electricity, changed the locks and was MIA. I contacted Jamie at Ray Cooke and he waved a magic wand and turned the situation around in 3 weeks. The tenant is gone, professional deep cleaned and repaired and new vented tenants are in and happy In just a few weeks. Living in Canada, I woke up every morning to a message from Jamie updating me with the situation compared to the previous agent who I had to contact daily as the weeks slipped by. Jamie and his team made my the crisis disappear and I am confident it will be smooth sailing now with Ray Cooke managing my interest. THANK YOU JAMIE AND TEAM!

Eoin was easily contactable and always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had throughout the process. He made the whole thing seamless and stress free.
