GoogleWe have used Ray Cooke over the years to rent out and manage our rental property. We initially dealt with Conor for most of this time who was always very professional, highly knowledgeable and competent in his field. He always ensured we were kept in the loop. When ever I called the office, the staff were also very helpful. This year we sold our property and it sold very quickly with Ray Cooke. We were informed every step of the way, daily updates which was very reassuring ...For the sale we also dealt with Jack who made the whole process much easier and was very professional, they even assisted in finding the tenant another rental before we sold the property. I would recommend Ray Cooke 100%.

Trustpilotleaving property before notice period
We were leaving property earlier than our notice period ended but due to family emergency. Agent involved said deposit should not be impacted as the landlord is ok with it. We said if needed we will stay as long as we have to. She said no it's all ok for us to leave early. After we waited our deposit for almost a month and then realized that landlord took more then half after all because of early leave. However we weren't warned by our property manager that this will happen. If we were told depozit will be taken almost in full, we would adjust and waited out. Poor communication and total disrespect of people's hard earned money.

GoogleThis company is INCAPABLE of correctly listing rentals. They always list HOUSE SHARES - sometimes with 5 other people, under rentals for 1 person. Hit the HOUSE SHARE button, folks and quit luring renters in with false advertising.

We met her when viewing a house that we didn’t end up going for , we were lucky enough to meet her again viewing another house in the area , she went above and beyond meeting us in the evenings etc to view the property and was so knowledgeable when it came to the whole process ! Nothing was too much and any question we had she followed up straight away . We received our keys from Lauren last month and we still can’t get over how easy she made everything
