GoogleFound the whole experience of selling with Ray Cooke an excellent one. Conor guided us through the process and made sure we were informed every step of the way. It wasn't the easiest sell so it was good to have experience behind us. A shout out to Kerrie in the office too who really looked after us from start to finish. Would recommend Ray Cooke 100%.

GoogleDisgusting company. I believe all his 5 * on Google reviews are fake..as they are totaly unreachable. On Trust Pilot all reviews are 1star . Tried to contact Patrick every single day since he post the add.severals Emails, calls,left voice message ,went to office the secretary checked and she said the property is gone for his relatives. And he couldn't reply to thousands and thousands of emails . Really??? All country was interested for this property.

Firstly let me start by saying I have never sold a property through Ray Cook (and I never will) but I have been looking to buy and they had some properties I was interested in. Their sales department and sales agents have no idea what customer service means? They either don’t answer the call or if you leave a message they don’t get back to you. If you do manage to speak to an agent they don’t have the relevant information relating the property? One viewing I attended the agent assured me he would be there at 6:30. When I arrived at 6:30 he had already left the property? My advice to any seller would be to place your property with someone else.

GoogleVery disappointed with the service provided by Ray Cooke. We moved out of the house we rented through them at end of October and we had to contact again and again about getting our deposit back despite being told, the house was in perfect condition. We finally got our deposit back 3 months later after calling and emailing countless times. It felt like they didn't care anymore as we had moved out and weren't their customers anymore. Very bad service.

GoogleI dealt with James and Declan when renting out our house in Dublin. They were a pleasure to deal with on all fronts. Professional and Personal at all times. No item was an issue and they were always available to answer any questions I had so I would highly recommend Ray Cooke.

Why anyone would use Ray Cooke to sell a house is beyond me, simply try and call one of their offices, or enquire about a house you want to buy or view at the very least & the result will be the same...radio silence!! are you not supposed to drive interest, I'm considering printing this review and putting it in the post box of the houses I am interested in purchasing with my contact detail so the vendor can contact me directly, made enquiry's with other agents over the weekend and have been contacted first this Monday morning with schedule viewing

We purchased a house through Ray Cooke, and honestly, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The auctioneer was threatening, had unrealistic demands, pitted seller and buyer against one another, and sent unprofessional emails. The whole experience was a complete shambles.

Brilliant communication, called and mailed me with updates as soon as he got them. If you are in the market for mortgage approval. Paul Condon is the man to go to.
