I'm currently renting an apartment with Ray Cook and it's been a year. So far I can complain at all. I'm lucky to be in a good apartment and the rent is effortable and convenient for me. The company has a good service in case you any issue in the apartment. You just have to make a query and a technician will come and fix it. Basically, I've gotten an email yesterday morning to come to a viewing of a room that evening at 7 pm. I texted and emailed the agent like it was instructed in the mail. I went to the "viewing" and called the agent, told him I'm in front of the building. He informed me that he didn't send any emails due to the fact that the room was already rented. I have a screenshot of his email and I've sent it to him. I got a :"sorry". What I am trying to tell you, as I've said that to the agent in question, you are dealing with people not inanimate object. It's very hard these days to even get a viewing, and unless you understand by now, people have jobs, jobs that pay those apartments. You wasted my time and gave me false information. That's the way you operate I guess. Thank you.

At the first viewing of the house, he was informative and friendly, and set the tone for a pleasant and professional buying experience. I needed to access the properly ahead of the closure of sale, to organise quotations for works, and Eoghan and Ray Cooke's were very helpful in this regard. When the deal was done, he was down like a shot to deliver the keys. I can confidently recommend.
