GoogleEoin Keogh handled the letting of my property and I could not be happier with there service. Eoin dealt with the letting in an efficient, timely and professional manner throughout. I also availed of Ray Cooke's property management services and Lorna there has been excellent to deal with. I should also mention James who initially persuaded me to join Ray Cooke. I'm very happy he did. Five Stars throughout.

GoogleWe had a smooth transaction with Ray Cooke. Declan Molloy, the Letting coordinator, was very responsive to chats and provided us as much information that we needed. He got us moved-in to the apartment within 24 hours after our payment. They use online lease agreement which is very handy. Copies are provided via email. Quick and simple.
