Charlotte showed us around the property today, was very polite, professional and helpful with regards to understanding the property and its current issues. Charlotte was helpful in respect of not having full details on some areas of the house, but willing to support to help unpick these for clarification in possibly moving forward.

GoogleWe viewed many properties with Katie Davies searching for our new home. She was very professional at all times. Knowledgeable on the areas and the properties. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly amd made us both feel at ease. She's an asset to FBM and wouldn't hesitate to contact her should I be home hunting again in the future.

Leigh who kindly arranged and showed us the beautiful property was very helpful and knowledgeable. The bungalow at Summer hill, Stepaside was a beautiful home but unfortunately after much family discussion did not totally suit our current needs. Thank you to Leigh and the property owner for allowing us to view this beautiful property.

GoogleNiamh Gardener from FBM Tenby managed the sale of the property (which my wife and I purchased) on behalf of the Vendor. Niamh was extremely professional and competent and dealt with all of my queries without delay. The sale was completed very promptly. I am sure that Niamh fulfilled a very important role in this regard. Niamh is a great asset to FBM and, notwithstanding how early on Niamh is in her professional career, she is an outstanding member of FBM's staff.

Isabella was very helpful. The property at newton heights was not for us. Too many steps in the garden and not really big enough for our needs. Very interested in cartref and are now preparing our properties for the market.

GoogleWe really enjoyed our viewing supported by Katie. She was really helpful and totally impartial with her advice. She made our viewing very comfortable and easy by giving us time to view the property on our own. Also Katie has a lovely singing voice which we enjoyed listening too whilst viewing.

Charlotte was having a tough day as had been involved in an accident on her way to show us around the property. She was extremely professional and did a great job even though clearly shaken. The property was beautiful but just a little too small downstairs for us.

Leigh is extremely professional and curtious. He sent me all the details for our viewing in St Clears and even pin pointed where it was explaining that the sat nav won't pick it up as the area was new .

GoogleWOW.....7 weeks from listing to completion. This is my second time this year dealing with FBM, and they have surpassed all expectations each time. If doesn't matter who you deal with, the continuity in the performance you get from every single staff member is second to none.
