Over the past months, Nicole Stiller has consistently demonstrated exceptional performance as a property manager. Her prompt responsiveness and meticulous attention to reported property issues have been truly outstanding. Her professional conduct has been exemplary, and I believe that if all property managers exhibited the same level of dedication as Nicole Stiller, many tenant-property manager-landlord challenges would be significantly mitigated. She certainly deserves a pay rise!

Happily going ahead with a sale of our property thinking we had a sale with DB Roberts, who had sold the property we had offered on to another purchaser and not bothered informing us. Lack of communication and empathy. Left high and dry and devastated. In response to the reply below, you were informed that I had reduced my property by 5k in order that we could get a new seller, which happened. You told me that the seller ‘would be happy to wait a couple of weeks’. At no time were we informed that you had gone ahead with another buyer or I’d have kept my asking price the same.
