GoogleI have nothing but praise for the Belvoir Telford team. We’ve used them to manage our properties for about ten years and have always found them very supportive and professional in all their dealings. I particularly like the fact that they deal with issues raised by landlords and tenants at lightning speed, and that they offer practical solutions to any problems. The Telford team have, time and again, demonstrated the ability to swiftly engage various trades to deal with any urgent repairs or maintenance issues, something that most individuals struggle with these days. However, the thing that impresses me most, is that it’s obvious that the whole team at Telford share the same ethos in providing the best possible service to both landlords and tenants. I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to either potential landlords or to friends or family wishing to rent property in the Telford area.

GoogleI was delighted to meet Simon, Charlotte, Jack and everyone at Belvoir Telford, who are sponsoring me to go on a volunteering expedition to Kenya in 2024. They were all really nice and very welcoming. Kenya 2024 will be a 4-week expedition to volunteer on community development work, environmental projects and wildlife conservation. The core objectives are to undertake projects to raise educational standards, improve living standards and assist with ongoing wildlife conservation programs to preserve biodiversity and protect vulnerable habitats. I am really grateful to Belvoir Telford for helping me towards this incredible challenge and for giving me the opportunity to represent their business. GoogleOverall a pretty disappointing sale experience. We were promised a lot more than we actually received during the process. As soon as we received an offer, it felt like they were only working to benefit the buyer not us as sellers and we were completely lost in the process. A real shame as the reason we chose Belvoir in the first place was because they appeared to offer a personable service and promised they would get over asking price by taking multiple offers and negotiating with those potential buyers to get more money but upon receiving one offer we were encouraged to accept. Slow to call back (if they even did call back) and only gave updates when we called. No call on completion day, just an email asking to leave a review. So I wouldn’t recommend using Belvoir. Only good thing about them is how fast the house went under offer but that was likely due to the market at the time.

GoogleI continue to have an amazing experience with the whole team at Belvoir in Telford. The customer service, attention to detail, care and attention to both landlord and tenant is outstanding. I never have to worry about a thing, they handle everything so professionally with amazing communication and with complete honesty. They go above and beyond to help. I am so lucky they exist as customer care at this level is really hard to find these days but the people in Belvoir Telford surpass any expectations, I can only say don't go elsewhere if you are a tenant or landlord. I am from a business/finance customer service and training/development/HR background originally and I would be proud to have had any of these staff working with my customers, to be on the receiving end of such a considerate and thoughtful team of people as their customer, I can honestly say I feel the luckiest landlord around. No horrific surprises, work for landlord and tenant equally and fairly and will discuss and offer solutions to any enquiries I have ever had. They are real people with real personalities and can act with intelligence and common sense in all areas of their business, what a refreshing change to have people who can communicate, problem solve and get things sorted with ease. I would be lost without them. Thank you Belvoir team.

GoogleHaving been recommended to use Belvoir from a family member I used to them to sell my property. The sales team, Charlotte especially has been amazing, in contact with me whenever needed and when the time got towards the end really pushed hard to finalise the deal. I cannot thank her enough for not just pushing the sale through but also the empathy and constant updates she provided on where we were with it all. Great team and an amazing lady!! Well worth every penny and more!! Xx

GoogleTurned up to value our home and then had to chase them. Chased twice with only one response stating the valuation person had gone on holiday and would respond on their return the following week. Never heard back on the day the following the week either! Poor communication at a stage where you would think they would be at their best, not sure what it would have been like down the line!

My 87 year old father-in-law has been a tenant at a Belvoir Property for the past 2 years. The whole team have been wonderful from assisting with the tenancy and move in, right through to the move out. He had a fantastic relationship with them and also the Landlord. In a fast paced world its too easy to be impersonal & treat everyone the same. Belvoir's respect, patience and kindness has been very much appreciated by my father-in-law and my whole family. GoogleI have been with Belvoir for 7 years now (and you don't stay with a company that isn't good!). Belvoir lettings are an amazing team; as I am overseas they do a full management from finding tenants, to collecting rent, to arranging all the legal inspections - and to dealing with emergency repairs or other issues. I cannot fault them - I'm looking forward to the next 7 years and beyond.
