Belvoir Telford have been a pleasure to deal with and they "know their stuff". New to Telford and to the Buy to Let market, I was looking for a reputable trustworthy Agent. The Belvoir team gave me sound advice on what to buy and where. With over 30 years experience in the Telford property market Nick Evans guided me throughout the purchasing process and Managing Director Simon Bell went the extra mile to ensure my property was let as quickly as possible, with a professional couple moving in within 8 weeks of completion. (This would have been 3 weeks had the first couple not had to change their plans). With Traci Tipton in charge of Lettings I feel confirdent that Belvoir will successfully manage my tenants over the coming years. Nothing is too much trouble.Their maintenance team are also worth mentioning. Headed by Maggie Stanworth, I know my tenants are receiving a service equal in quality to the service I receive and that's the nub of the matter...happy tenants make happy landlords. I pay for their top level of service and that's what I receive. No hassle and peace of mind....I even have their "Rent Guarantee". I dont live near Telford and thats what I need. In fact, my confidence in Simon's team is such that I am now looking for my second property, which I will entrust to Belvoir. For me it's a no brainer.

They not only have the highest standards I have come across in the local market but also offer a great personal touch making you feel that nothing is to much trouble. I have nothing but praise for the Belvoir Telford team. We’ve used them to manage our properties for about ten years and have always found them very supportive and professional in all their dealings. I was delighted to meet Simon, Charlotte, Jack and everyone at Belvoir Telford, who are sponsoring me to go on a volunteering expedition to Kenya in 2024. They were all really nice and very welcoming. Kenya 2024 will be a 4-week expedition to volunteer on community development work, environmental projects and wildlife conservation. Overall a pretty disappointing sale experience. We were promised a lot more than we actually received during the process. As soon as we received an offer, it felt like they were only working to benefit the buyer not us as sellers and we were completely lost in the process. A real shame as the reason we chose Belvoir in the first place was because they appeared to offer a personable service and promised they would get over asking price by taking multiple offers and negotiating with those potential buyers to get more money but upon receiving one offer we were encouraged to accept. Slow to call back (if they even did call back) and only gave updates when we called. No call on completion day, just an email asking to leave a review. So I wouldn’t recommend using Belvoir. Only good thing about them is how fast the house went under offer but that was likely due to the market at the time.

I continue to have an amazing experience with the whole team at Belvoir in Telford. The customer service, attention to detail, care and attention to both landlord and tenant is outstanding. I never have to worry about a thing, they handle everything so professionally with amazing communication and with complete honesty. They go above and beyond to help. I am so lucky they exist as customer care at this level is really hard to find these days but the people in Belvoir Telford surpass any expectations, I can only say don't go elsewhere if you are a tenant or landlord. I am from a business/finance customer service and training/development/HR background originally and I would be proud to have had any of these staff working with my customers, to be on the receiving end of such a considerate and thoughtful team of people as their customer, I can honestly say I feel the luckiest landlord around. No horrific surprises, work for landlord and tenant equally and fairly and will discuss and offer solutions to any enquiries I have ever had. They are real people with real personalities and can act with intelligence and common sense in all areas of their business, what a refreshing change to have people who can communicate, problem solve and get things sorted with ease.
