We had a trip of our electrical system this evening caused by a faulty device that sounded the alarms and cut our electrics off. We contacted Belvoir and they contacted their electrician James, who resolved the issue swiftly. We couldn’t ask for a better service, and we are very grateful of the service provided (which only took a maximum of an hour to be resolved from initial contact).

Belvoir are the best…!! I rent my beautiful little house through them. Their service and expertise is first class. I have just had my gas safety inspection carried out by Gary. What a lovely friendly and professional man. He is an absolute credit to the team. Nothing has been to much trouble from the minute I found the property till the day I moved in. The girls in the office are amazing. So helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Belvoir have been letting my first property for around 18 months. From the initial meeting with Simon, it was clear this is a company that know what they are doing, and care about their customers. As a new landlord Simon and the team have always been happy to give advice, and I have had no problems, The fact I now have three properties, all let through Belvoir should in itself speak of my belief in and satisfaction with all they do. Although Simon is at the helm, it is very much a team effort and I am grateful to all.

Dreadful company! Took over a month to vet myself and my partner, which was not done correctly so I basically had to do their work for them. Followed by things not working in the property, random people tuning up to carry out work that wasn't planned. They managed to lose important personal details to which they tried to blame our landlord. Was told if I had any problems that I needed to contacted the office, only to then be told I needed to contact the landlord. Total lack of communication and professionalism. I had paid holding fee's etc on a property which we were led to believe was as good as ours as almost everything was signed. However, the landlord pulled the plug, giving it to someone else instead. We were told that we would be put on first reserve for anything we liked should something come available. However, when I did see a place and simply enquired about its availability - the listing was removed from the website and I heard nothing back, not even a simple email. May not have been to blame for the landlord's actions (I'm sure they'll allow him to rent through them again anyway), but the way the already terrible situation was handled was appalling and would not recommend going through these at all unless you want a tonne of unnecessary stress.
