This company is an absolute joke, as they are commissioned based they only have their own interests at heart and are not interested in helping secure a property I was trying to purchase,I had a purchase with them agreed and the house taken off the market,Only to find out they still allowed others to view the proper And make offers to the vendor and sell the property fromUnderneath me, causing me to lose time and the property and money after instructing solicitors and paying a mortgage broker to get me the best deal,My advice to anyone reading this, is DO NOT buy with this company and avoid at all costs, they definitely can’t not be trusted and will screw you over to make a few more pennies for their own pocket.

Don't use these guys. One of our viewers called and asked if they had any properties in Wellington with a budget of x amount and our house wasn't even recommended. It wasn't until the client asked for a certain area to be closer to a family member was it recommended. To top it off, they rarely reply to emails or calls, especially when you're not happy. One person even replied to an email with a sarcastic comment about my mom in the email - and accidently copied her in. LOL how unprofessional is that!! Once you get the right person on the phone they claim they are quick to fight your corner but then soon disappear again. Even though its in their best interest to sell the property - so they can get paid. But they seemingly don't care. Do NOT go with any surveyancing company or lawyers they recommend either. Absolute shambles.

By far and away the worst estate agents in Shropshire, from the snotty attitude of its ‘sales negotiators’ to the lack of communication, throw in a couple of ‘Ghost viewings’ and not being able to find my own listing anywhere, how they are still in business is beyond me, if you are thinking of selling, buying or renting please please please do yourself a favour and go to a competitor, you can thank me later.I will never deal with these inept fools ever again, they just suck the nice right out of you!!!!
