absolute scammers, homeowners and buyers avoid at all costs. this estate agency takes money on the side from the people who they help buy the properties, they do not convey the higher offers to their clients, instead they would only forward the lower offers and one offer from the person who paid them on the side to secure the property, absolute joke. we had the highest offer on a property and were told that the customer chose somebody who deserved the property more than us even though there offer was lower than ours, poor old owner doesn't even know he got mugged by these scammers and lost a few thousand pounds.

All the staff was extremely helpful, so polite and nothing was too much trouble. All the relative information I asked for was promptly received …. excellent service from start to finish.
