Throughout it’s been a smooth process and Negin has always kept in contact and been very helpful, especially with a few complexities in our situation. It’s such a nice change compared to our previous move and other letting agency, which was terrible in comparison. Long may it continue!

Phone calls were promptly returned and any request was happily and quickly arranged. When a second viewing was requested on a late Friday evening, Justine paused her weekend to support us with this. GoogleWe recently rented a new home in Teddington. Tom Ridgeway from Jackson-Stops’ Teddington branch was a pleasure to work with. He patiently and competently handled all our questions about the place. Neither after the viewing, nor in the following days was there any pushy communication from Tom. Unlike a previous experience with a competitor, once an agreement was reached, there were no negative surprises: Tom guided the process to its successful conclusion. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Ridgeway.

GoogleWe worked with Joe Slack at Jackson Stops, who was involved in sellling us our first house. Joe was a pleasure to work with throughout and was extremely helpful and patient with our many questions and requests for viewings. It was a relief to have such a delightful guy to talk us through the process, which is daunting and complex for first time buyers such as ourselves. Dealing with other members of the team while Joe was out of the office was also great; staff are all really helpful and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleI have been renting a flat through Jackson -Stops for the last few years and I have found them to be superb. They really care about and listen to their tenants. They always provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to help deal with any issues. Tom has always dealt with any questions or problems I have had in a professional and courteous manner. Tom is an asset to the Richmond branch. I would definitely recommend Jackson-Stops for those looking for a reliable, professional letting agency to meet your needs.

We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention. A fantastic service in every way for which will will be ever grateful.
