Googlethey provided us with a very nice flat which we love however every interaction something went wrong and they caused us immense stress. they messed up our background checks, forgetting to send things to lettingshub. they made mistakes in our contract and we had to resign, they promised we would get our keys on the morning of move in day but the clerk refused to hand them over and we had to stand in the flat for over an hour waiting for him to finish inspecting so he could hand them over. They have caused my partner and i so much unnecessary stress over mistakes on their part.

Booked a viewing of a property in Knutsford via the Alderley Edge branch.We arrived at our viewing only to find out our viewing had not been booked in the system and we couldn't view the property! The branch manager called me to apologise and she was dumbfounded at what had happened. Clearly the staff member had agreed our viewing but had forgot to book us in, was made to think I was the problem. Terrible service, avoid if possible.

The house which we wanted to rent was to be let by the JSS team (led by Mark Birch and ably supported by Adam Cunnington). Andrew Richardson listened to our request, showed us a property 30 minutes later, and we were immediately bowled over. 4 months later we are happily installed.
