Highly recommend Jackson-Stops Richmond! In these very uncertain times, moving and renting could be very daunting. But our agent, Charlie Southall, made it so incredibly easy. He kept us calm and informed every step of the way, gave us timely updates, and was always available to answer our call and our questions. Unlike our previous experience with other letting agencies and agents, Charlie was really very helpful, approachable and took the time to listen to our concerns and situation. When I called Jackson Stops Richmond after second ringing Charlie did pick up the phone and we had a pleasant discussion about what I was looking for and which property I wanted to check. He was extremely professional throughout the conversation. When we were discussing timing of our meeting he was very considerate and flexible, I actually had the opportunity to see the property the same day. Superior Customer Service

Jackson-Stops and namely ‘Harriet’ in the Pimlico office provided an excellent service throughout. Even though we were all working together from a distance due to international travel and commitments, Harriet was always present, extremely professional and thoroughly diligent throughout the process. We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.

The service received from Lara Hammond has been one of the highest standard. Lara has been very reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable when it comes to trends and developments in the local property market. Very glad that she was guiding me through all the (legal) technicalities so patiently. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent. Not only did they question the authenticity of my payslips although I had provided 6 months of payslips without any basis, but they also made unfounded remarks about my marriage because my husband apparently didn't seem too interested for them in the flat, they felt the need to say my marriage was fake for this reason. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any industry. I would strongly advise against using their services. I will also be making a formal complaint because I don't believe they have any right to accuse me of anything especially to question my marriage! Disgraceful behaviour.

Estate agents have a bad reputation this is true! However, Jackson Stops have complely changed my opinion. Despite problems with a pandemic, incompetent solicitors (not recommended by Jackson Stops I hasten to add) and a delicate buying chain, Mandy and her team worked tirelessly to get us over tge line into our dream house.
