Throughout the process of our sale, Jackson Stops wonderful Shaftesbury Team were at all times, responsive, constructive and extremely helpful wherever we had moments of doubt. In particular, at crucial moments in the sale they were able to 'helicopter' above the emotionality that inevitably accompanies a house sale or purchase and provide laser like advice which was so much appreciated.Another strong quality was the overlapping of the whole team with each knowing the others updates so that whoever answered the call or email, they were able to instantly respond.All the staff were unfailingly cheerful and courteous at all times and there was never a time when a call or email wasn't responded to.All in all, one of our best experiences todate and we would have no hesitation in recommending a would be buyer or seller to the JS Shaftesbury team led by James.

Review for Jackson StopsWell, not sure where to start but at first interaction I thought professional, credible and personable until we realised the game they were playing behind the scenes. We went through some negotiation with the seller, fine, get that this is part of the process. Our significantly above asking price offer was finally accepted, with a condition it was taken off the market. After three weeks, we asked if we could show ours kids around and so we did. Despite knowing we would do this, they had been negotiating with other offers and told us on Monday (3 weeks after our offer was accepted) that they had a formal offer through from another seller. Whilst I appreciate they have a legal right to do this, I think they have a moral obligation to let us know especially as we’re showing our kids around that weekend. They then asked us to go into a bidding war for a house we had already had an offer accepted for. They had said that the person had given a written offer which is bizarre considering they never asked us for anything in writing and my agent had advised to write in so they responded to our offer in the first place as communication with this agent was nonexistent! This shows how this company works - underhand and unprofessional

My husband and I are looking to rent and walked in to Jackson-Stops almost by accident at the start of our search a couple weeks ago. Noran was super welcoming and helpful, made us feel genuinely taken care of and I felt genuinely wanted to help us. We also had a viewing that Charlie took us too, and he was really helpful and listened to exactly what we liked and didn’t like. Friendly, practical, honest advice

Tracy and Anthony have been just great - very patient and understanding over the months we've been looking for just the right house. I never got the feeling that they were only after a sale, because I also found they were honest and informative, so that we were able to make the right decision based on facts as well as feelings. In the end, the house we've found is out of their area, but I was so grateful to them and their friendly advice and practical help which made us feel that our future mattered to them. This is a well established and professional company that has been in business for over 100 years and certainly this shows and is witnessed from the keen staff to the partners from top to bottom. Someone once told me that moving home was more stressful that having a child. Being a man I can’t attest to that but my wife can and it is. Looking for a new home, We have recently worked with Jackson stops in Teddington and received a wonderful service. In our property search we were mostly in touch with Negin. She strongly proved how important it is to work with an agent who knows your expectations and goes over and beyond to help you find what you are after! ( I was previously so disappointed having worked with several agents in the area whom did not care about you as a person but only as another phone number proposing whatever they had left in their list! ) This time proved very different! Negin was fantastic throughout each stage of the Lettings process, very professional, excellent to work with, very friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. Even after our contract was signed, She stayed in touch with all relevant information, kept us updated and chased any issues we had with no delay.
