Jackson Stops sent me a copy of the key to my property in the post, stuffed into a normal envelope (just normal post, not registered, not a courier service, nothing at all secure) in the envelope was a cover note with my address on it. Yes, a key in an envelope with the address of the property that the key can open typed on a cover note in the same envelope. Can you believe it?! How safe would you feel as a tenant knowing that their concern for safety was basically that low?

As we were very happy with Jackson-Stops Teddington managing our property for rental, we decided to sell it through them too. I felt Will and the rest of the team did a great job, both in terms of getting viewings quickly at the start, but also in communicating and following up the whole way through the sales process.
