This is the first time I am using Chase Buchanan. The first thing that impressed me is that they are very responsive and do not let you wait too long before they reply. They have also assisted me during the reference process which is usually something I don't get helped with other real estate agents. The process was very smooth from start to finish. We were sent a property that matched our requirements and the viewing was scheduled very quickly, we decided to put an offer in after viewing it and everyone was very helpful and kept the comms high during the process. Jenna has been very helpful sorting out all our documents and information to make sure we can sign the tenancy agreement quickly, she has kept in touch regularly and always answered all our questions. Absolutely lovely agents - from the get go they were so helpful, Lianne heard our requirements and managed to immediately find us a prospective rental property! We went to see it and Jenna was there to show us around (she was fantastic from start to finish, helped us visualise what we would do with the place if it was ours) and then both ladies sped us through the referencing process with no hurdles at all. Fantastic experience compared to our past agents! Both Lianne and Jenna were happy to laugh with us and were very amiable and helpful.
