Don’t care about noise complaints from other residents when students, tennants are making noise, Then they wonder why residents take it in to there own hands to deal with the situation. Get told we will tell them or send them a letter but never receive proof of this so could just be saying it Date of experience is all year while tennants are there.

GoogleWe have recently had a change over in our Taunton property. Laura's team at palmer Snell have been, at all times, exceptionally helpful. They always respond to emails and phone calls quickly and handled the whole change over of tenants with complete professionalism. We are extremely grateful to Laurin, Tegan and Vanessa for all their work and doing such a brilliant job. I would not hesitate to recommend the Taunton Palmer Snell office to any landlord or tenant.

We swapped to them after our original agent hadn’t managed to let our property, and within a couple of weeks Palmer Snell had got tenants and sorted all the paperwork and contracts really quickly! We can’t fault their enthusiasm, care and attention to detail! Highly recommend!
