I can't rate Tom from Nest Associates highly enough. He was key in selling my mother's home in Shaftesbury and made the whole experience stress free. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, knows the market well and always returned messages and phone calls very quickly. Tom was always on hand for our many questions, there was never any pressure at any point from him, everything was clear and handled extremely well. It was a pleasure to have met him and to have dealt with Nest Associates. Thanks Tom.

Libby and Charlie were absolutely fantastic during the sale of my house and I'm so glad I chose them. To start with their market appraisal was more up to date and thorough than another local agent which demonstrated to me the time and care they had taken over the valuation. The fee was also more competitive and overall I love the way they market their properties, the quality of the photos and videos they produce really does stand out. My property was marketed beautifully, and their preview posts on social media generated a lot of interest which was brilliant. I was impressed with the high number of quality viewings that were generated during a difficult time with interest rates rising as they were. Feedback on viewings came swiftly and follow-ups were always made. My transaction unfortunately fell through on exchange day due to personal circumstances of my buyer, and Libby and Charlie immediately contacted all the previous viewers of the house and relisted immediately in order to find another buyer for me and avoid the chain collapsing. They did and to my utter relief I was able to complete my transaction as originally planned. The communication is what really sets them apart I think, they make you feel like you are their only client (despite my property being nearer the lower end of their listings in terms of asking price) and are always so responsive and helpful to any questions, queries or concerns. Plus they did a brilliant job of keeping both parties happy during what turned out to be a tricky negotiation before exchange. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve never experienced an agent like James, he is so ultra efficient and truly dedicated to doing the best job possible. There is no waiting for a callback or someone taking a message, James is on it immediately and always with a happy voice at the end of the phone. My selling experience would have been completely different without him, and his communication between all parties was impeccable. Tom was outstanding from the moment we met him. We loved how Nest has a fresh approach to advertising on the usual places as well as social media. Tom has a great eye for detail and captured some great photos and video of the house. Not only was he professional and friendly, he knew the area and was able to really explain the house to potential buyers. Not only did Tom sell our house super quickly, he got us over the asking price and managed the whole sale from start to finish. Nest Associates came highly recommended to us by friends and Libby and Charlie were amazing throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, guidance and expertise was invaluable. We loved the Nest approach to how to present our house, with the video, social media postings and sharing what we loved about the house. Libby and Charlie took so much stress away from a daunting and sometimes overwhelming process - they managed all the viewings, were very prepared with info about the house so any questions from people could be answered immediately and kept us updated throughout the process. They also liaised with all parties involved with the sale/purchase, often much more effectively than the conveyancers! (Sometimes this was no mean feat and we felt they really went above and beyond in their client care.) Thank you Libby and Charlie for all your help. Nest stand out from the rest when it comes to their marketing and had sold our home within a week due to how brilliantly they presented it. Things didn’t go smoothly due to being met down by a buyer beyond anyones control but Libby and Charlie were able to support us and advise of through a very anxious time. We were able to get it back on the market within hours and people back through the door, the house sold again in no time and did not have any consequences to our chain. We used Tom Mitchell to market our property and we are really glad we did. Tom came to carry out the initial valuation and was realistic about the market, and what we could hope to achieve in what has been a slightly more challenging market than previously. From the start the whole process was professional and seamless. The marketing photos were excellent, and Tom kept us updated on any interest our property received, as well as giving us feedback from viewings. When we sold, the What's App group he set up kept us all informed of how the sale was proceeding and we received regular updates from Tom along the way. He was professional and approachable and during some rather stressful moments he provided a much needed voice of reason! Tom and Josh not only market properties beautifully , they have realistic Goals and great knowledge about changes in the market . They had a tough Job with our sale through no fault of there own due to buyers pulling out the day before move date . Top service throughout the process, amazing communication, we were never left waiting for a response even if George just let us know he was working on it. This was our first experience selling a house, and if anybody asks me what it was like I would say it was easy, and that’s down to the professionalism of George. We had a few estate agents come to value our house, George was the most expensive option, but by far worth the expense. Our house sold for more than listed, which was down to the market, but also George’s expertise which makes the slight premium a no brainer. To say Rachel from Nest was amazing would be a massive understatement. She eliminated all of the bad points of the estate agents we were used to.. mainly the fact she is available 24/7 which proved so vital throughout! She cared, took on board all you said, listened and really made you feel like she knew your home and the hard work you have put in, like it was her own. This left me confident she was the very best person to sell our home and I was right she was incredible! She was always there with the approach she takes, day and night, weekdays, weekends... nothing was to much for her she was simply brilliant! I would, and have done already recommended her to anyone! When it got tough near the end, she didn't run away or hide... she simply lead from the front and was doing everything she possibly could and beyond!
