I wanted to share the amazing experience we had working with Libby Last at the Nest Agency in Wellington, Somerset. The initial onboarding was excellent, photos amazing and we had a sale agreed in two days. The ongoing process, communication, attention to detail and the consistant checking in on both sides of our sale and purchase helped us get it over the line. We had Libby as our estate agent for our move. I knew nests modern take on the process was what we wanted as both my husband and i have flexible jobs meaning we couldnt always communicate at normal hours. With messging available rather then just phone calls and email, Libby worked really hard to keep in contact with us and keep us in the loop. Not only that but she made us feel we were a priority even though she must have been very busy with other clients too. Communication was top notch which meant we trusted Libby to ensure our buyer knew we were working hard to get our sale through. She came to see us after our sale went through and so the service felt really personalised. Highly highly recommend if you want a hard worker in your corner to guide you through the process.

Our Nest agent Kim Herbing (Wiltshire) was amazing. She guided us through the whole process and was so attentive that it felt like we had our own personal agent. She answered any query we had, often outside normal working hours which was such a bonus to help things run smoothly. She liaised with all parties and kept us up to date with everything, and when we ran in to our own delays with some historical issues with our bank, she supported us through that too and worked so hard to keep everything moving. We felt that she was fully invested in our sale and purchase throughout the whole process. I would recommend her to everyone.

Wow , where do we begin to describe the wonderful experience we were fortunate to have with Ellie after being our estate agent! After being very let down with another agency we had lost faith in the industry and felt quite vulnerable and nervous putting our house on the market with anyone else. But Ellie came with sparkles and a magic wand. Not only does her bubbly presence and friendly demeanor make working with her a delight, her professionalism, knowledge and confidence made the process as smooth as moving house could be. Ellie had turned the stressful process of moving around and we have her to thank for keeping our sanity throughout, nothing was ever too much. Matt of Nest Associates is probably one of the best estate agents out there (without a doubt), and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. My experience of Matt was as a buyer, so he showed me the property. To put you in the picture, this had been a very last minute viewing for me just before offering elsewhere, so I had emailed him explaining my situation on a Sunday afternoon expecting a response on the Monday but much to my delight - he responded almost immediately. He explained he had sensed my urgency so was there to help. I found myself viewing the property the very next morning! The property was very much as described and I felt very reassured by Matt throughout the viewing. He is very professional, genuine, open and a decent/likeable person to deal with. The property proved to be the right one for me so I put my offer in which Matt very fairly negotiated between me and the seller. From this point Matt guided me through the process from start to finish. Unfortunately, this wasn't a very straightforward purchase with it being a leasehold but much to my relief, Matt was very knowledgeable of due processes and was available 24/7 (literally) to respond to any of my concerns, queries etc. He expertly chased up other professionals (as and when needed) from the relevant agencies with good outcomes. He was also always available as the go between me and the seller - which I thought he did very respectfully, effectively, empathetically and impartially. Off all the professionals involved in my house purchase, Matt stood head of shoulders amongst all. He really made what would have been a very trying transaction easy, and more importantly with a good outcome for all parties involved. I am so grateful to him and I for one will always refer to him first for all my property buy/sell needs. Highly highly recommended!! Thanks Matt. Amazed.

Ross is a fella who doesn’t play old school. He’s a one man Nest-selling machine! From creating his own quality content, being available all hours of the day and every day of the week, to working targeted social media campaigns… the man sees the future and has moved to meet it! I recently agreed a sale of a bespoke new build home with Ross at Nest, having previously tried the ‘conventional’ route with two local high street agents, with the property being on the market for over a year without success. Ross gave an honest opinion to pricing, backed up with market knowledge and a concise, unique and innovative strategy to actually get the place sold in a difficult market! Ross then came up with the goods after an intensive marketing period, and we agreed the sale to a quality, genuine ‘No Chain, Cash’ buyer. Throughout the marketing process, I was kept fully up to date with statistics of how the property was performing, viewing bookings and I was provided with immediate feedback after the viewings, which I appreciated, this was followed up with the full feedback once recieved. For me, the single point of contact method is a real game changer - One person, who knows my situation, knows my property, who carries out all the appointments and relays feedback, handles the negotiation and follows the sale through to completion! No crossed wires, no explaining myself twice, no juggling around of responsibilities in an office, and finally a far more dedicated, personal and proactive service than that conventional high street route. We used Tom Mitchell to market our property and we are really glad we did. Tom came to carry out the initial valuation and was realistic about the market, and what we could hope to achieve in what has been a slightly more challenging market than previously. From the start the whole process was professional and seamless. The marketing photos were excellent, and Tom kept us updated on any interest our property received, as well as giving us feedback from viewings. When we sold, the What's App group he set up kept us all informed of how the sale was proceeding and we received regular updates from Tom along the way. Above and beyond service from George! From our first meeting with George we were impressed with the market information presented to support marketing strategy along with a easy to read, approachable contract. Nests view of selling a property life style has been key in show casing everything our property has to offer inside and out. I recently made the stressful decision to sell my house, and had no clue on what the process would be so I knew I needed someone I could trust to guide me through the process. George was recommended to me through a family member and I liked his fancy ads. My house had been rented out to tenants for the last couple of years and had started to look sad and unloved so I knew I needed someone to add a little razzle dazzle in the pictures to get the house sold. Enter George with his razzle dazzle ways and his creative flare with words (essentially the modern day Lily Savage of the estate agency world). George managed to get a steady stream of interest in the house at what is a difficult time for the market and knew exactly how to get it sold. My house was snapped up quickly and he managed to push to get me the price I wanted and needed (he reassures me his methods are all above board despite some real low ball offers initially haha). I was always able to get hold of George via whatsapp and I was pleasantly surprised at the rapid replies (p.s Nest- the man deserves a holiday as I was very needy). He kept me informed every step of the way and I was particularly impressed with the plethora of memes and gifs he had in his armoury, the man spoke my language. Ended up having great banter with George which really helped reduce my stress with the whole process and put me at ease. I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received and couldn’t recommend George enough. Thrilled with the price I got for the house and how quickly it sold (also pleased with the many new hilarious gifs I have saved 😂). I cannot wait to invest the money in a new camper-van and take off across Europe. I owe my first Piña Colada to George for making it happen!

I worked with James at Nest Associates in Taunton to sell my flat. I did a thorough online review of agents in the area and chose Nest because of the great reviews, very reasonable fees - and nice contemporary branding which I felt at home with. It turned out to be a great choice. James was very personable, very easy to get on with and we had excellent communication. For me, it was ideal to work with just one person at an agency - I was worried that at a larger one I wouldn’t get the personal experience that I found with James. Nothing was too much trouble for James; he kept spirits up when the first sale fell through and found another buyer within a week of going back on the market. It was my first time selling, so he also was very reassuring throughout the process when my anxieties would come to the fore! James even popped round to take a water meter reading for me when we completed (as I couldn’t get there myself) - another example of going above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend James @ Nest Associates Taunton to work with if you’re selling.
