A huge thank you to George at Nest Associates for everything he did to help sell our house. From the very beginning, George was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. He always kept us updated, answered any questions we had and was there whenever either of us needed him. I thought selling our first house would be a stressful and emotional process, but having George looking after things made such a difference. I always felt that he genuinely cared about getting the best result for us, rather than it just being another sale. The photos he took and advice he had for staging them made our house stand out on the market and we sold in the first week of having it for sale which was incredible! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. Thank you so much, George, for all your hard work, patience and support. We honestly cannot recommend George highly enough. After having our house on the market with another estate agent for over four months with very little progress, we decided to give George a chance, and what a decision that turned out to be! George took over the property and within 48 hours of it being promoted on social media, he had it SOLD! That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge, determination, marketing and ability to get results, but what really impressed us was everything that happened afterwards. From start to finish, George was absolutely phenomenal. He was constantly chasing solicitors, keeping everyone updated, pushing things forward and making sure we were never left wondering what was happening. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and genuinely made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel so much easier. It’s very rare to come across someone who is this hardworking, responsive and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for their clients. George didn’t just put our house on the market and wait for something to happen, he made it happen. The contrast between our experience with the previous estate agent and George couldn’t have been bigger. Four months with the previous agent compared to 48 hours with George tells you everything you need to know. If you’re thinking about selling your house, do yourself a favour and speak to George. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and will be recommending him to everyone we know. 10/10 simply doesn’t do him justice. An absolute credit to the profession. Ellie was fantastic for us and stepped in when another agent had gone stale. She had a very specific plan to sell our property and she backed herself to be successful. Rather than recommending ’just lower the price, just lower the price’ she used her marketing skills to advertise the property at its best and understood her own customer base enough to know how to sell our house. In the market as it is today, simply sticking your house on Rightmove isn’t enough. You need someone that understands the strength and power of social media too. It’s no surprise to me that, locally, Eliie is the only agent effectively using social media to sell. If you look around our local area, only one agent is turning ‘For Sale’ into ‘Sold’ with any regularity and that’s Ellie and Nest. Using anyone else would be a mistake in my honest opinion. We wasted 9 months with another agent but after just over three months of meeting Ellie for the first time, we are in our dream home! That’s the best recommendation I can give. Don’t think about trying to save 0.2% here or 0.3% there because 0.3% of nothing is… NOTHING! Use Nest… it just makes sense!

Just bought my new home though Nest. Although I can't speak for Nest as a whole the estate agent Ellie Wills was excellent throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer any questions I had no matter what time or day it was even if it was just WhatsApp replies because it was the weekend or late. I never felt like she was rushing me and when viewing the property left me alone to look around after showing me round first. She was very friendly and enthusiastic throughout.
