GoogleTom was excellent with his communication from the start and helped ease us through the purchase of our property. We've bought 3 houses now and this was easily the quickest purchase at just under 3 months. The attention to detail on the sale of the property and the aerial video was what caught our attention. GoogleWhat can I say about Ross from Nest? We were listed for approximately two years with a different agent, who to all intents and purposes just let our property fester on Rightmove. Nest was recommended to us by a relative who had dealings in the industry, and Ross swiftly came to our house to speak with us. From the off we knew he was different. Professional yet friendly, Ross' approach to marketing was a breath of fresh air. The photographer he instructed took some absolutely amazing shots of our property to show it in its best light, Ross was always on hand at any time of day or night by text (which was our preferred communication method), and always provided advice, help and support which was down to earth and honest - exactly what you want when you are fatigued with the whole process of trying to sell. Ross' approach worked, we had more viewings within the 3 months we were listed with him (despite this being the period approaching Christmas), than we had had in the previous two years, and then agreed a sale at our asking price. I have no doubt this was down to Ross' approach. If, like us, you are fed up with the state of estate agents who seem to 'post and forget' to Rightmove, with no real drive to sell your property, give Nest a shot (and specifically, Ross if you can). You will not be disappointed.

GoogleIn a sea of estate agents with terrible reputations, agents who do nothing to earn their money, Lyn Parent of Nest Associates stands out as an agent par excellence… The top end of the market in Cobham was dead, little being sold. Lyn was innovative, hard working and got an incredible number of people through the door to see the property finding an ideal buyer who would be very happy in the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lyn or to recommend her to anyone else.

GoogleI was a bit unsure whether to use an ‘independent estate agent’ but we also felt as Tom was a Commission only agent that he could be ‘more keen’. We were very impressed in his communication and commitment to our sale. He set up an individual WhatsApp between us and him which worked brilliantly. We would thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleMy wife and I have been on a long journey to move home. Selling two properties and buying our wonderful new home with Kim. During that time, Kim has been the easiest, friendliest, and most helpful person throughout the journey. During the search, Kim also understood what we were looking for better than anyone else, and I cannot understate how rare and valuable this is. Always there to help and go above and beyond at every turn. Buying a house is a stressful process, but it's made a lot easier (and funner) with Kim.

Libby takes the time and patience to understand the house and her clients to an extremely high standard and this is why we chose her as it is reflected in her work.
