GoogleMy partner and I are first time buyers so had to learn how the whole process worked. We were very lucky to get a viewing at our property with George, he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, no question was an issue- he always answered quickly and also helped find any information we needed. GoogleLibby and Charlie took the time to get to know us and our house. Their photos and videos were amazing. They did every viewing and gave detailed feedback straight afterwards. It wasn’t the most straight forward of sales, with a few delays, but at every stage Libby kept us up to date with progress and it was very reassuring having her sell our house. We can’t recommend Libby and Charlie highly enough.

GoogleGeorge from Nest Associates has been nothing short of perfection! Utterly BRILLIANT! From the very first meeting he made the personal touch of getting to know us, the house and what we love about the house. The up to date technologies Nest use and the social media presence made them stand out from the crowd. Throughout the entire sale, he was in regular contact to keep us in the know with the viewings and the progression of the sale. In a funny sort of way we will miss the gif's and group chat between him and us! He made the whole experience so much more relaxing and reassuring throughout. You hear so many horror stories about house sales, but George made it silky smooth which, in the current climate, was incredibly impressive in itself! He is a great guy and brilliant estate agent! GoogleCan’t recommend James Warne enough from Nest. From first communication to the end he was just so enthusiastic, professional, reassuring and just an all round decent guy you feel comfortable leaving to show strangers around your home. I never had to call or message him as he was always on the ball and one step ahead of me throughout the process. The early bird photo he put out was so successful I had a buyer before it even went officially on the market !! I couldn’t believe how much easier selling is compared to last time for me was 15 years ago. The time and care taken on the video was just brilliant and also really nice to have. GoogleHaving bought and sold many houses, in different areas of the country, over the years, the quality of service provided by Nest was far superior to our experience of any previous estate agents. From the initial visit, through to final sale, we could honestly not have asked for more. George at Nest marketed the house superbly from the outset and his expertise meant that the house was positioned perfectly in the market place. A good offer was secured very quickly and George’s help and support from there to sale was outstanding. Communications were superb throughout and nothing could have been too much trouble. Although Nest are a relatively young company, our decision to go with them as against other more established agents was certainly one of the best we made. We have been looked after incredibly well and we would certainly recommend Nest to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property in the region. GoogleFrom beginning to end, Gemma was so incredibly helpful and kind. Communications were brilliant and super fast, we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us achieve buying our first house. We felt respected and although our budget was at the lower end we felt we were treated to a high end experience. Gemma is a standout from any other agents we have encountered, we wouldn’t use anyone else if we were to sell or buy a property.
