Gemma was incredible! She was so professional, reassuring and a marketing genius! She sold our house within 24 hours, with her social media magic. And that was just the start of the journey, she actively put out ‘wanted’ videos and checked the market daily to help us find our dream home. Through every twist and turn of the house buying/selling journey, she was there - a knowledgeable and positive voice always at the end of the phone. She was a calm and honest expert guiding us through a hectic housing market. She helped liaise with our buyers and all the other parties involved and always kept us and them updated! George at Nest was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He came to value our property and had tonnes of knowledge of the area, he even knew about the special section attached to our house, which others didn’t seem to know about! His modern approach to selling houses made him stand out above the rest. No more phone calls for updates, just a quick WhatsApp message with the relevant information - so much more personable and a lot more convenient for people with busy lives! From the moment Gemma showed us around our new house we knew straight away we wanted it! Gemma went out of her way to keep us posted on the process which she didn’t need too as she wasn’t even our estate agent but we always felt like we knew we were in good hands. Buying a house can be very stressful but I can honestly say I didn’t feel like this which is testament to how good a job that was going on in the background.
