I have nothing but praise for James Devlin and his ever helpful and courteous team in selling my home for a very good price. The property was offered For Sale by an Agent nearer to home at a much lower price and for a lengthy time there was no fruitful response. However, James re-valued it and it was Sold(STC) within days.
