I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ben and the team from Haart, with the process of renting out my flat. As a newbee landlord, I had no ideas of what needed to be done. We had been searching for a property for a while and on the off chance, we popped into town to register with a few letting agents and to be honest with you, most agents we went to see seemed less friendly and welcoming than my previous experience, that is until we went into Haart Taunton. The moment we walked into the Taunton branch we where welcomed and it was a very friendly atmosphere from the start. Special mention to Anisha, she has been an absoloute star throughout and despite how busy the lettings team are at the moment, she always made time to talk to me with any queries we had and I found her to be very supportive and I could not recommend Haart highly enough after my own experience.

Me and my husband can honestly not thank Haart enough especially Aimee Clist. From the second we met Aimee she was so welcoming and helpful. Aimee gave us her personal mobile number and was in constant contact with us. She was always reassuring and offered a 6☆ service at all times. Planning to move to Taunton a year ago I made an offer for a house being marketed by haart estate agents, but unfortunately the sale of my house fell through so the transaction was aborted. James Devlin, haart's Property Marketing Consultant had been both extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. but what impressed me most after I had made a less than complimentary remark about the money-orientated attitude of another Estate Agent (not in Taunton), James wrote an exceptional email, as follows: "I understand where they are coming from but it just goes to show how heartless agents can be when they are purely focused on the money coming into their pockets as opposed to understanding that not every transaction is smooth. We do all we can to adhere to everyone’s needs, not just our own clients". All of us have heard unfair derogatory remarks about Estate Agents, but absolutely none of these can be applied to haart. In my opinion James is exceptional, combining warmth and concern for all his clients with complete professionalism and an in-depth understanding of the process, which also involves liaising with solicitors for both parties in a transaction. A year later I sold my house in Hampshire and offered for a house in Taunton, which coincidentally happened to be through haart. Having spoken to other members of haart's staff, I believe they demonstrate the same attitude of professionalism and courtesy. They have brought my second offer to a very satisfactory conclusion - I move in to my new house in Taunton shortly. Thank you James, thank you haart!

The whole haart team was fantastic, what proved to be a difficult sale, due to a nightmare chain, was made as easy for me as possible with James and team picking up all the slack and doing a huge amount of leg work chasing up and down the chain on my behalf. Before all the hassle Dan did a fabulous job negotiating with the buyers and got me the price I wanted, always quick to get feedback from the viewers and made very useful suggestions on increasing the layout and appeal of the house. We found our dream home with Haart and decided to put ours on the market. We were valued and under offer in a little over 2 weeks! James Devlin gave very good advice right from the start which we have passed on to other people we know who are in the process of buying and selling houses. His photos are also so amazing that we requested the images for us to keep, the haart photos are by far the best you’ll see and came at no extra cost to the process. Daniel Munroe handled the process of buying and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. He was very open and honest throughout and could see how much we loved the house so ensured we secured the property. I feel I also need to thank George Cutter who dressed in a very smart suit was opening very dirty garage doors and scaling ladders into the loft! I still feel bad about that now, but anything we asked was no problem. I highly recommend the team, we got full market value very quickly. The whole process was just over 13 weeks from start to finish. We have our forever home now and if we ever find ourselves moving again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Haart. Thanks to the team x

Because of changes beyond our control in our village Lynn and I had almost given up trying to sell our cottage. After two serious viewings in nine months we changed to Haart and Aimee Clist visited and told us she would definitely sell it for us. Within two weeks she has done just that and we are off to pastures new. Not only did she keep her word on that but she has visited again to talk us through the legal minefields and has kept us up to scratch with what is happening on a regular basis.
