We chose Haart Taunton for the sale of my property in Norton Fitzwarren, within a few days it was photographed and advertised on all major platforms. Haart's communication and work-rate throughout was excellent, facilitating a number of viewings and helping position the property at the best price. Specifically, Aimee went the extra mile - securing the sale over the weekend (on a Sunday)! Aimee's personable approach, sound advice and knowledge of the Taunton Market was key to securing the right buyer and the best price for our property.

A professional and pleasant team who found a buyer for my house and helped ease the stress by keeping my up to date on the progress. Daniel Munroe was always ready to answer questions and if unable to take my call would return the call as soon as possible. A special mention to Amy who really went the extra mile to find out from the buyers whether they were ready to exchange contracts after two hiccups. I am a first time buyer with my partner Adam and working with haart has been a breeze! I have barely had to lift a finger... James Devlin was the guy who first of all recommended the property and we were unsure at first due to location but he persuaded us due to where we work and how lovely the area was.. we were absolutely taken away with the property itself and was so glad he persuaded us just to go and have a look. I can't say enough on how happy I have been with Haart enthusiasm and determination in selling my house. Amiee especially has been amazing with first seizing the opportunity to sell my property and she has kept her word to it, even with our tight timescales we gave them. Even when the sale fell through 3 times (through no fault of Haart) Amiee and the team were immediately on it pushing for viewings which has now lead to the sale. I would highly recommend the team without a shadow of a doubt!
