I had completely lost my faith in haart. I was even tempted to rent elsewhere with anyone other than haart! I had a visit today from Annabel. Wow, she was lovely, she listened and 100% restored my faith. 😊 16/08/2025 update Annabel has left! My calls and emails to Haart are not being answered or replied to. The one email meant for me went to my son who does not live at my address. The office in Taunton is NEVER open! I can't stress enough DO NOT USE HAART!!!!!!

I am a first time landlord and very nervous regarding renting my home, I phoned Haart and spoke to Aaron, he was amazing, talked me through the procedures fully, explained every aspect of letting what he would do and what I have to do. He gave me different options of management with costings and left me to decide what I would like to do. He was so reassuring, took great photos and marketed the property, within 2 days he had 4 viewings and we decided together which applicant to go with. Without Aaron I could never have done this, you are a star, and I can’t thank you enough

I was so stranded and desperate as my boiler was not working all of a sudden and did not know what to do. I rang Haart Lettings and reported my issue. I spoke to Annabel Mitford-Peppard and she was my life saver. She immediately send me some helpful information on how to restart it and all was ok within a minute. I just want to thank her so much and these are the kind of people we want who reacts immediately when there is a problem. I rate her 10/10 👏🏽.

Many thanks to Haart estate and letting agents Taunton, Mr Worth, and many other staff members from the team for helping my family member secure a property to rent. We had a short time window to move out from the current place to a new place. Mr. Philip Worth is a highly professional, kind and efficient person. Haart is the best estate and letting agency I have dealt with. Being new in town, I hardly got a viewing by other agencies and when I did, that was the last time I'd be hearing from them. But with Haart, I got another viewing when I wasn't pleased with the first one. They treat you like you matter and rest assured, your housing needs will be taken care of. You'll get a good deal. Matthew Kirby is very helpful. He made me feel special by always carrying me along. Use Haarts and your housing needs will be taken care of.

We first spoke to Souhir Bsais late last year about possible relocation and a property we were interested in. Whilst our home was not on the market yet, Sou talked us through the home and fulfilled her promise to keep us updated on any changes to the property circumstance as we prepared our own sale. Once we were in a good position, we had a positive first viewing with Rohini Sarker who was professional and accommodating with anything we asked and also arranged second and third viewings without any issues. Rohini has been such a great help over the past few months when trying to search for a property. We will be new to the area so felt her support was really valuable! As a Landlady, the service I have received from Haart Lettings has always been professional; the staff are very polite and helpful. I have been dealing with Haart since 2013 and have found their service exemplary, both at their Taunton Branch and HQ. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. After walking in to haart estate lettings in Taunton and registering my details - they thought of my circumstances straight away when a place came up that might have suited.
