I went to NP after feeling let down by a different agent, I had initially gone with another agent (as they were cheaper) but soon decided that maybe you get what you pay for. NP were a completely different experience. In what have been very difficult emotional circumstances the service we have received from all of the girls at Next Place has been outstanding. From our first meeting with Victoria right through to my final meeting and conversation with Laura on completion of the sale of our belated mums house they have all been so friendly, helpful, professional and showed so much compassion. Throughout the whole process each and every one of them have kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. Claire was in touch pretty much daily while our buyers were in the process of making offers etc then Abby took over as the sales progressor and took us right up to exchange and completion. Abby was so informative and nothing was too much trouble, sometimes I was emailing half a dozen times a day to check on things but she always found time to resolve any of my queries. We recently purchased a property through Next Place and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were really keen on the property and Lyndsey managed to fit us in for an appointment on the day that I called. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and couldn’t have done enough for us. Once we secured the property we were then passed over to Abby who kept us updated on the progress of the sale. She was always responsive and helpful and I really cannot fault the after sales team! We didn’t use Next Place for the sale of our own property but I really wish we did! We recently used Next Place to sell a property of ours in Two Gates and we couldn’t fault them one bit. After trying to sell a few years back with a few other agents we had no joy and decided to take the property off the market. Next Place though were a completely different outfit altogether. Luke was thorough with his valuation and had the property sold within a week for asking price. Nicola & Abby kept us updated throughout the whole process and nothing was ever too much trouble. The process was quick with no hiccups and we had sold and completed in three months.
