We recently used Next Place for a property rental, and I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had working with Beth. Having dealt with a different local agent in the past, Beth was a real breath of fresh air. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her support and guidance made everything run smoothly from start to finish. We’re very grateful for the “hand-holding” approach she provided, it really made a difference during what can often be a stressful time. I genuinely cannot put into words how excellent Next Place are! Firstly, I was a little sceptical that the OIEO price would be too low for what I wanted to get for my property, however I trusted the team who explained this would appear in more searches etc. Anyway, within the first 3 days of the property being on the market, I had a bit of a bidding war and got exactly what I wanted! So definitely trust the process. Holly dealt with the sales process and was excellent. She could also suss out which offers seemed to be a bit flakey vs who seemed to be a really reliable buyer, which really helped! The aftersales team, Nicola & Abby, were absolutely exceptional I have to say. This was further highlighted by the agent for my onward property being woeful and it really demonstrated to me what I was getting from Next Place vs what other agents were offering. Nicola & Abby were giving me and my buyer at least weekly updates from the solicitor and were chasing my onward agents, being able to tell me more about the chain than they could (baring in mind the other agent had all of the properties further up the chain!!!!) It really meant that I could sit back and be informed, rather than having to chase continuous updates myself and made the process way less stressful. It also helps that they have excellent relationships with all of the local solicitors too! I am moving out of the Tamworth area, but honestly would use Next Place again no matter what area I am in because the service is top class!

On the sale of another property I owned with my sister, Luke was amazing conducting viewings and keeping us in the loop at all times and successfully getting us a sale over asking price! Nicola and abby in aftersales were incredible! Always keeping us updated and getting the sale through seamlessly! Next place were that great I have also put my own personal property up for sale with them and Luke and Holly have been incredible! Luke was brilliant, getting my house photographed and presented, professional and very good at what he does. The sales team were brilliant. The Aftersales team were superb. Quickest, smoothest & most efficient sale! We had our property up with 2 other agents from June 2023, switched to Next Place and within a week we had several viewings, 2 offers & then sold! 3 months from start to finish with Christmas in between. Regular check-ins provide by Abby & Nicola once sold, but running up to the sale Luke was fantastic with the negotiations & got us what we wanted. We have just signed a tenancy agreement with Nextplace and would highly recommend them. Laura has been so helpful throughout the whole process, constantly been in communication with us, putting up with our hundreds of questions and just been incredibly nice to us. The inventory we have received has impressed me as it documents every little detail in the house which is reassuring as the house we previously rented with a different estate agent just took pictures of the room and the pictures didnt match the rooms in person so its really impressed me how above and beyond Nextplace have gone to ensure every little thing is documented in true form. What an amazing outstanding estate agents , I have sold 5 houses now 4 in the UK and 1 overseas and never have I had such a personal unique stress free house sales experience. James and Luke made a lovely personalised video/ advertisement to launch and advertise my property. Luke managed the viewings on the house which was very professionally handled , he attended every viewing and gave me immediate feedback from all viewings with the potential buyers. The service was outstanding and just when I thought that was it when I excepted an offer on the house , I was then handed over to Nicola who dealt with the after sales. This lady was amazing , I received regular updates via emails and telephone calls throughout the sales process. Unfortunate for Nicola but luckily for me she had a lot of chasing to do between the property chain, the management company and solicitors as my solicitor was not as persistent in chasing outstanding questions and searches , she definitely earned her money . All in all I highly recommend Next Place for property sales (as I’ve only sold with them and not brought or leased through them) and should I sell another property here in the U.K. without a doubt I will be using them . I honestly have never had such a personalised property sale with my need’s / requirements upheld throughout .

From the very beginning all of the staff at Next Place were fantastic in supporting me through what can be a very stressful experience. This was my first time selling a property so i felt really supported by the team throughout each step of the process. In particular i would like to thank Karl and Luke who were great in communicating with me and were so quick in helping me to sell the property, that we achieved above asking price within 48 hours of the house being on the market. Also i would like to provide a special mention to Nicola from the after sales team, who pushed solicitors for me, chased deadlines and was very supportive during the entire process! Next Place go above and beyond to ensure you get the best price and buyer. They have a great team dynamic who work extremely proactive to market your property, you are always kept up to date with viewing feedback and given information about market trends etc they also make contacting them very easy for you. My sale was a difficult and complicated one, I encountered hurdle after hurdle, personal circumstances aswell as property problems made it very challenging. Their after sales team are outstanding, a massive shout out to Nicola who consistently found solutions to my problems, she was always on hand to help and advise me, nothing fazed her, it took a lot of pressure off me knowing she was on my side working tirelessly towards completion, I couldn't have done it without her. I can't recommend Next Place enough.

I can definitely recommend Next Place Property Agents. Their service from start to finish was excellent. They listen to our needs and even when we just started to think about our next step onto the property ladder they weren't pushy. They have been patient with us and guided us through the whole process. When we found our dream house and wanted to move quickly with our sale Anton was extremely helpful and he was able to come around, take pictures and put our house for sale the next day! The sale process with viewings went smoothly and they managed to get it sold in 2 days!
