I will definitely be recommending Next Place Property Agents! As a first time buyer, I've heard all the horror stories about moving house and the stress of it all. But Next Place were such an awesome help! Thank you Karl for finding us our first home and offering a very down to earth but highly professional service. I would like to give a special thanks to Nicola, who made the whole experiance as stress free as possible. Always reachable, always positive, always confident and genuinely awesome. Apologies to the rest of the team for not remembering names, but I thank you guys too, for being at the end of the phone whenever I needed you, and offering a very professional service. It's very rare I write a review, but Next Place certainly deserve one :)

I would give more stars if I could. Laura Lockington has gone the extra mile for me today. She took the time to listen to my personal housing situation and needs, she offered very detailed, knowledgeable and professional advice and put my mind at ease that she can help me find the right property for me. I have spoken to a few agents the last few weeks, but won’t look any further. Don’t let the fees put you off. There is a reason they charge more and they are worth every penny. The team at Next place really go above and beyond! Unlike any other estate agency I have come across they actively sell your property rather than waiting for interest via Rightmove. Luke and Holly take the time to understand your property and then go out and find you a buyer. We only had 2 viewings from Rightmove, our other 18 came from them doing the ground work. Then there is after sale! Nicola is absolutely brilliant!! She works tirelessly to make sure everything goes smoothly. She is thorough and I’m convinced she is the reason that Next Place have such a small drop out rate compared to other agents. I would highly recommend to anyone else and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We’ve used Next Place before and were happy enough to use them again this time to sell our house. Luke did the valuation, he was thorough and professional with his evaluation and valuation of the property. I think Holly did most of the viewings and did a great job to negotiate an offer that was substantially over the asking price. Abby was great with the after sales always being quick to respond whenever we asked a question. But I have to give a special shout out for Nicola. When I was sure things were going to fall apart and I was being a drama queen she never gave up and she guided us across the finish line. So a big thank you to Nicola and all the team at Next Place. Because of your efforts we’ve been able to move to our forever home.

Sold our place for over the asking price. Great sales video by Anton and plenty if viewings before the house even hit RightMove. Karl and Laura quickly set up the viewings and kept us informed using a WhatsApp group. After sales was handled well by Abby and later, when things git tricky, Nicola was absolutely brilliant. Nicola was knowledgeable about the conveyancing process and was able to explain the ups and downs. Thanks guys!!

I can definitely recommend Next Place Property Agents. Their service from start to finish was excellent. They listen to our needs and even when we just started to think about our next step onto the property ladder they weren't pushy. They have been patient with us and guided us through the whole process. When we found our dream house and wanted to move quickly with our sale Anton was extremely helpful and he was able to come around, take pictures and put our house for sale the next day! The sale process with viewings went smoothly and they managed to get it sold in 2 days! Next Place are a very good letting agent in my experience of being a tenant in one of their properties. Their biggest plus point has been clear communication and professionalism for most of our tenancy. Next Place Property Agents was not an Estate Agency that I was familiar with. I’m very glad I found them though. Looking for property a two to three hours journey away from my home has been made more difficult as I am unable to drive long distance at the moment. It makes my arrival time subject to a few minutes off either way due to Public Transport. Some Estate agents don’t care for that so I am given the same 15 minute slot and if I miss it, then I could have to wait for some time…. In one instance an hour and a half. The team at Next Place have been amazingly helpful and understanding I had to twice adjust my time and they did everything possible to accommodate this. Susannah who showed me around the property was amazing. She highlighted the plus points of the house and its location without ever making me feel pressured and was very knowledgeable which meant my queries were answered. I have dealt with many estate agents in the Tamworth area but I can honestly say none have been as professional as next place. Lindsey at the start dealt with the sale, she was professional, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Then when we had an offer agreed we dealt with Abby. Now let me tell you no one was more on the ball than this woman. Chasing solicitors ensuring everything went through smoothly and even dealing with a minor hiccup ( nothing to do with Next Place btw) after the sale went through.
