We have been with next place for several years now and just moved into our new home. Ellesse is so responsive whether it's by phone or email. Anything I query she is able to answer or get back to me. Laura has dealt with both of our letting agreements. She is always professional and helpful. Both processes have been smooth and I'm sure it's down to her organisation. Lastly I have to say Nikita Is extremely thorough and very helpful. She deals with any maintenance issues. In my previous tenancy any issue I had she dealt with immediately. I recently sold my house, although I didn't use Next Place they were my sellers estate agent and through the whole experience I was really impressed. I used another top Tamworth estate agent and although I'd paid for their services the communication from them paled in comparison to the service from Next Place. If I was moving again I'd certainly be using them. Laura (or Lyndsey?) was great to deal with at the start of the process, making viewing and putting in an offer very easy. Abby was an absolute delight to work with through the long 6 month process. She kept me well informed throughout, more than my solicitor and my estate agent. I really appreciate everything they did. I have only had a short dealing with Next Place as we decided not to sell our house (personal issues). In the time we dealt with them, they were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!! They were all helpful, friendly, informative, extremely professional and sympathetic to the issues we faced! In particular Laura, Lyndsay, Claire and of course Anton! Your search for a good, local and professional estate agent can stop here! We decided to move around a year or so before marketing. During this time we prepared our property, looked at other areas for our next property and also researched potential agents. We quickly dismissed the cheaper online options as they seemed to have properties on the market for several months, most of which had numerous price reductions. Our other options were similar to Next Place and cheaper but also seemed to have similar issues to the online agents. We decided to have three valuations which all returned similar valuations but opted to use Next Place due to their marketing strategies and professional manner. The decision to use this agent quickly proved to be the best we could have made. They sold our property in 5 weeks after 13 viewings and achieved the price we requested. All viewings & subsequent negotiations are arranged either by phone or in a group chat then followed up by email so there is a constant record of all arrangements & conversations which we found extremely useful. Our sale involved the first appraisal visit followed by imagery & video with Anton then led onto Lyndsey who arranges viewings then does fantastically well with negotiations. Once sold, we then worked with Abby in Sales Progression. Not only does Abby deal with the vendor, she also has to deal with purchasers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, lenders and solicitors which must be extremely frustrating as it's literally like getting blood out of a stone when requesting updates. In the event of Anton, Lyndsey or Abby being unavailable then Laura, Claire or Jade will quickly answer your call to pass any messages on or assist if they're able to do so. Anton is always available to offer his honest & professional opinion on any property or area you are considering which is invaluable when making one of the largest purchases in your lifetime. We initially looked at properties in Next Place Portfolio but eventually decided to move out of the area. We definitely noticed the difference between Next Place and the agents we dealt with when viewing other properties and the agents throughout the chain during conveyancing. The online agents used by others were the worst, they may eventually sell your property after you've arranged all your own viewing and negotiations but once sold then it's down to you to chase for updates etc. Next Place do all of this, not only for your sale but also throughout the chain which is worth every penny. All in all, we can highly recommend the team at Next Place to market or purchase your property and we're extremely grateful for their hard work during the pandemic of 2020/2021. Regards, D & K ;)

SO glad I chose Next Place. From start to finish everyone was totally 'on it' to give me sound advice on pricing (thanks Anton and Luke for listening to what my priorities were), get my house photographed and marketed (thanks Luke - very impressive), liaise with my tenant for viewings in a really considerate way, then manage offers (thanks Holly). Recently rented out my property through Next Place, and had a really positive experience. I had been using Your Move for the last 5 years, but after a serious deterioration in their service decided i needed to change. As I no longer live in the Tamworth area I was reliant on online reviews and searching to find a new agent, and initially spoke to Vicky who gave me all the information needed, and from there i decided to go with them. I actually didn't meet anyone from the company until I handed over the keys as I wasn't in the country, but I immediately felt I had made a good decision upon going into the branch as people were very friendly and efficient. I dealt with Anton in Vicky's absence and again very efficient and gave really good feedback. They quickly found me a tenant and got them into the property, as well as arranging for a couple of repairs that needed doing. All in all a very positive experience

Wish I could give 5 stars but let down so badly at the end . Abby is a lovely person always answered emails , tried her best with correspondence between our buyers and the house we purchased . Always responded to emails and calls. All positives . However our dissatisfaction came with the solicitors they recommended and put us in touch with - who felt providing us with 4 days notice to move was adequate when we were supposed to receive 2 weeks notice like the rest of the chain did . If they recommend Charles Strachan solicitors - don’t use maybe ours was a one off bad experience but at time when house moving is stressful enough it just heaped more distress on us and in the last week and made me so ill.
