GoogleWe have brought our property through next place and the experience we had from the beggining with Holly who helped negotiate our offer securing our offer being accepted through to the sales chasers Nicola and Abby has been exceptional. We had a lot of difficulty with our solicitor and both Nicola and Abby where proffessional and acted compotently to help us get it through. Would definitely recommend these agents. Alun and Aman

Quickest, smoothest & most efficient sale! We had our property up with 2 other agents from June 2023, switched to Next Place and within a week we had several viewings, 2 offers & then sold! 3 months from start to finish with Christmas in between. Regular check-ins provide by Abby & Nicola once sold, but running up to the sale Luke was fantastic with the negotiations & got us what we wanted. Massive thank you to Anton & all the team cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleI used Next place for the sale of my property and the level of service was brilliant. Holly helped with the viewing and selling of my property and abbey and Nicola with the after sales who kept me upto date the whole way through. As an added note Nicola was brilliant she went above and beyond with helping me towards the end of my move.

GoogleAlthough the sale is still incomplete due to issues beyond next places control, the service and contact they have provided throughout has been excellent. In particular, Nicola has been in touch regularly to keep us updated with the progress of the sale and provided us with some great advice on how to pursue the legalities of the sale.

GoogleAnton and the team did a fantastic job selling my house. Such a quick and stress free process. My house sold the same day it went on the market at the full asking price. The team kept me up-to-date throughout the process and we're always available to take my calls. Not only are they professional but also friendly and caring. GoogleExcellent team of personable and down to earth people. Karl in particular was very pro active and patient in aiding us to try and find a property. Albeit we found a property through another agent however Karl is an asset to his firm and understands the buyer needs! Would recommend Next Place to friends and family!

FacebookNext Place put our house on the market and got a lot of viewings in and sold it with 1 week!!! But not only that they sold it for 2,500k over the asking price!! They were then extremely helpful the whole way through the buy & sell process. And helped us so much more than Purple Bricks whom we were buying off and were completely useless!! I'm so glad we went for Next Place instead of online estate agents! Brillaint price and worth every penny to know the faces and names of the people that were always at the end of the phone to help!! The team were fantastic and made moving with 2 young children as easy and stress free as it could be!! Thank You! Highly recommend!! I'd even work for Anton and the team! 😂

Google' A brilliant team with excellent service ' After a very stressful time of selling our property (with buyers pulling out) next place have been excellent and I have to say a big thank you to Lyndsey & Abby who have helped us through everything nothing was too much trouble and they were nothing but helpful with everything. A very warm and welcoming place who make you feel at ease instantly and Anton is fantastic, he is honest with everything no fulse hope just straight to the point which is what I like unlike other estate agents who lie to please you but then you end up being completely disappointed as they were telling you what you wanted to hear. I highly recommend next place to anyone who are thinking of selling a property.

GoogleThe agency them Selfs were very professional when my self and my partner wanted to rent a property that's why I've give the 3 stars as you may know you have to go through quite some serious checks before renting a property even may need a guarantor if your credit is not greatest all this cost you the renter a lot of money up front in my case as good as £2000 £1000 of it being a deposit to the landlord what they don't tell you is that the landlord some sound have no vetting at all NO CHECKS so there's no protection for you the renter they just give the agency the properties and asked them to rent them so I would be very careful using this agency as I've had a bad experience with a rogue landlord that evicted me only 6 months after signing a contract with them for so called rent arrears witch I wasn't the landlord to this day still hasn't returned all of my £1000 deposit leaving me and my partner unable to rent a new property I write this with you now only because the same landlord is using this agency services again hi urge you to renters to be very wary when using next place property agents
Gareth, thank you for the review, but after you moved into the property, this was managed by the landlord himself. If there was a dispute over the deposit when you moved our, I am sure it was handled by the DPS and we were not party to this.

GoogleI had a excellent experience with Next Place, still am to this day. The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. Laura L made accomodations for me that went above and beyond and made things more suitable to me. Their aftercare has been great and I hope it continues. I should also mention Hollie who was also very helpful when called upon. I'd recommend Next Place to anyone, I am very very happy in my new house.
