I DO NOT recommend this agency.They are the worse and unprofessional. We rented one of there houses on 70 Kettlebrook Road for more then 4 years ,we paid a deposit of 830 pounds and in October we give the notice that we are moving. Before we go we paint all the walls ,door and leave everything how it should I can say that much better then how we received the house.I chase my deposit and after 2 weeks we have been told that a constructor will come and evaluate the damages which was just an excuse to don’t return our deposit. We moved on 20 October and on 24 October they put already the house on sale so this is the proof that we left the house clean and without no damages how they said. They took almost half of my deposit saying that they found proof that we had pets in the house which was NOT true. I just recommended to everyone who is renting make pictures how you receive the house and also how you left it. We also had a problem with the rats which they come in the bathroom under the bathtub because the house is not constructed properly and which now is on sale by the way.

I have been meaning to recommend this company for a couple of months now but have been busy with my relocation! The team here were wonderful, it was a very stressful time for myself trying to organise my relocation from Tamworth up to Scotland but these guys took away all of the stress regarding renting out our property! They were all very efficient & helpful which made it extremely easy to communicate with them we dealt with the lovely Laura, Holly & Rebecca who have all been great to work with. Holly was great, she was there on time to do the coming soon video & again when it came to taking the pictures - she was very professional & managed to get some great pictures of our beautiful home that we had spent a lot of time getting ready! She had it online that day, within a week we had viewings & days later a suitable tenant was found - obviously we were absolutely delighted with this service & it has been going well ever since, communication has continued & thankfully no issues or concerns at all - Thank you Holly Thank you to the whole team we dealt with also - everyone was wonderful!
