I recently sold my house, although I didn't use Next Place they were my sellers estate agent and through the whole experience I was really impressed. I used another top Tamworth estate agent and although I'd paid for their services the communication from them paled in comparison to the service from Next Place. If I was moving again I'd certainly be using them. Laura was great to deal with at the start of the process, making viewing and putting in an offer very easy. Abby was an absolute delight to work with through the long 6 month process. She kept me well informed throughout, more than my solicitor and my estate agent. I really appreciate everything they did. I'd definitely recommend them, very professional.

I would like to thank Next Pace Property Agents in Tamworth for selling a property for me in spring 2023. Next Place looked after me extremely well: marketing the property, finding a buyer for me, advising me along the way, and Nicola Court from the after sales department worked hard to progress the sales after I accepted the offer. During the process, they kept in touch and helped with any queries. I'd most certainly use Next Place again.

I have recently sold and bought with Next Place, the whole experience was made easier by their professional and friendly staff, there communication was excellent and was always quick to follow up on any issues that had arisen. i would personally like to thank Lyndsey, Abby and of course Anton for all there hard work. As a footnote I would like to mention I had been on the market for 8 months with another agent, I asked Anton to market my property and the following weekend I had sold. Once again I would like to thank all the team at Next Place, and would recommend their services to any one selling or buying. John Prime.

I have used Next Place for just under a year, the service provided has been exemplary in the sales and maintenance team. With timely replies to questions, rapid response to issues and trouble shooting. I would highlight Laura in particular during this period. Luke took the photos and dealt with the initial marketing of my mum's house. Laura showed the buyers round and advised me straight away that they were interested and offered the full asking price . Abby and Nicola did the follow up work. From initial valuation to completion took 10 weeks. All the staff have been very helpful to me. Laura recommended A Conveyancing as I wanted a local firm. I am very happy with the service I have received especially as it has been a difficult time for me dealing with the sale of my mum's house after her passing.

A very professional agent dealing with all aspects of sales and lettings. Several of our properties are managed by next place, which have made being a landlord a breeze! Vicky on lettings has been particularly efficient when one of our tenants had issues with unacceptable noise from a neighbour. Although the adjoining property was not their issue, Vicky was relentless in resolving the issue, which potentially has saved me thousands of pounds! Highly recommended. Keep up the good work team!

A great service from start to finish. We bought a property through Next Place and were so lucky to be looked after by Nicola. Nicola will go above and beyond to help and is one of the most hard working people I have ever met. I would go as far as saying our purchase wouldn't have happened without her constant hard work and input so we are forever grateful!
