GoogleI’ve worked with this estate agents for the past few months and couldn’t fault a thing. Very professional, Hollie and Beth are great at communicating and everything is very smooth sailing. I know exactly what properties need cleaning and when, everyone in branch has always been very friendly and welcoming to me and I look forward to any future business we have together. GoogleNext Place provided a fantastic service when recently selling our house. In particular, James did a great job of the marketing, ensuring key features were brought out in the advertising. Luke pulled out all of the stops to bring in potential buyers. And what can we say about Nicola, she worked SO hard during the aftersales, making sure of a positive link of communications between the people within the chain, including liaising with each of the solicitors. We no longer live in Tamworth, but if we were to buy or sell another property in Tamworth, without any doubting we would choose Next Place to carry out the work for us! Massive thumbs up to all of the Next Place team.

FacebookI was struggling to find a house & Laura at Nextplace went above and beyond to help me find a house. Without Laura i would still be struggling to find somewhere now. I can’t thank her enough. I was kept updated every step of the way. Took all the stress of moving, away from me. Holly was also great in completing all the paperwork and organising the move in date and getting the keys. Next place are the best estate agents in Tamworth without a doubt. If you are looking for an estate agents i can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleThey were fine in terms of organising a viewing and submitting our offer but when our offer was accepted I believe they did not communicate our position with the seller, I informed the agent that myself and my partner were working separate shifts so it would be a few days to get everything together. The agent said the most important thing was to know when the mortgage application would go through so that they could get the property taken off the market. 3 days after the offer was accepted I sent everything through and informed her that we would be putting the mortgage application in that afternoon, which we did. Later that afternoon we got a call to say the seller had accepted a different offer from someone who was in a better position. This obviously happens, but I think the seller had not been told about our circumstances when asking for an update and it does not make sense that the seller decided to pull out because we had not got everything sorted within 3 days, considering the property was not listed as sold stc for over 2 weeks after we were told our offer was now unacceptable. What made this worse, was that the agents then started to send us houses that were not at all what we had asked to be notified about, and ones that were listed as sold stc. Not sure if this was a joke or mistake but after losing out on the house we loved, being sent houses to fit a much lower budget with the wrong requirements was a bit of an insult. I would definitely be hesitant to use them again. Also, on their offer forms, there is an initial offer, and highest offer box, which I don't really understand and very much doubt they go to the seller with the initial offer.
James, thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us, which we really appreciate. We take on board your feelings, particularly on the unusual property you made an offer on. Believe me, it did take a lot of time and effort to handle this property. We did receive 21 offers, and the purpose of the offer form is to ensure that we do communicate buyers positions to the seller through the information you provide. We do have a legal obligation to report every offer on a property, which we will do, and then if there is more than 1 offer we will go to best and final offers. As you may appreciate, when you can only sell a property to 1 person and 21 want to buy it, unfortunately there will be 20 disappointed people. Regarding other properties, our system will do a broad match based on price location and number of bedrooms etc. The other properties we have automatically sent to you matched the criteria we hold for you, but I do appreciate that they differ in style to the one you offered on. We were really keen on the property and Lyndsey managed to fit us in for an appointment on the day that I called. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and couldn’t have done enough for us. Once we secured the property we were then passed over to Abby who kept us updated on the progress of the sale. She was always responsive and helpful and I really cannot fault the after sales team! We didn’t use Next Place for the sale of our own property but I really wish we did! If we ever sell another property I will for sure be using this estate agents. Thank you Lyndsey and Abby for making this stressful experience a lot more enjoyable!

FacebookWe have used Next place to sell our property. From the instant I met Anton i knew he was the man for me. The tools he used to sell our home with the dollhouse virtual tour looked brilliant. Lyndsey was there to show the viewings around and offered us tips to present the house the best it could.
