Vita properties have just sold my property after it was on the market for nearly 2 years! Originally, I decided not to use Vita and to go with a couple of the larger companies, however after more than a year I realized that I had made a mistake and I was not getting the service I should have been. These companies were only really interested in selling Mult-Million pound properties. Nouri was wonderful, he is an absolutely charming person and very helpful in fighting against an uphill battle of Brexit and an unknown certainty of the future of the UK property market. I would highly recommend Vita and would definitely use them again.

Vita were transparent and efficient from setting up the viewing, to putting in the offer, and then arranging the contract. Diana is wonderful- friendly, professional and super responsive. What could have been a very stressful process was made seamless and easy. Very grateful!

GoogleVery unprofessional, I would not recommand. They organized viewings for a property. We were the best offer, they told us we should receive a response shortly but after one week of us waiting we had to call them and they told us that the landlord finally decided he did not want to rent. Know your client! You wasted everybody's time and lead us to false hope!

Not only ensured that the interest of the seller was well represented, he worked very hard to bring the buyer (me) and the seller together to achieve a good transaction for both parties. I am particularly impressed by his efforts after the purchase we agreed on price. He continued to contact both sets of solicitors, mortgage broker, and other facilitators to ensure that the sale completed in time and to the benefit of both parties.
