GoogleWe recently sold our property with Jonathan and Kate from Vita Properties and the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, prompt, and proactive throughout, we always knew exactly where we stood in the process. They worked closely with all parties to keep things moving, which was especially important in a chain. When small issues cropped up (as they inevitably do in property sales), they were quick to respond and solution-focused, helping to keep everything on track toward exchange and completion. We felt genuinely supported from valuation through to completion, and their friendly, approachable manner made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area - we couldn’t have asked for a better team.

GoogleI have just completed on a purchase and had a very positive experience with Nouri at Vita Properties. There were many complications which arose during the process but he was always on hand to find a solution and improve communication between the parties. Besides taking a lot of the stress out of the process, Nouri is a nice guy to deal with too!

GoogleI can highly recommend. Oliver took over the sale of our flat in Marylebone after a different estate agency wasn't able to obtain suitable offers. He had great ideas for making the flat more attractive without much cost or effort and we quickly sold the flat for substantially more than we had been offered. Great to work with.

GoogleI randomly met Nouri Alexander at the entrance of our building on a Saturday morning as he was about to begin a viewing of a rental property. I later introduced him to my wife as the guy who would sell our flat and this is exactly what he did. The team at Vita made the process seamlessly stress-free, whilst delivering excellent service levels: Intuition, savoir-faire, great insight into clients’ demographics, unflappable behaviour, promptest responses, and a genuine sense of welcome to their offices in Northways Parade. Above all, they do all this with a sense of humour. Vita has changed my perception of the estate agent sector. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property in the local area. GoogleOliver, Jonathan and the rest of the team at VITA helped us through a difficult 6 month purchase. Working openly and honestly through the various stages and keeping things moving collaboratively in order to get a successful sale. Even through his interest was with the client who he represented sternly, he made the process much easier for me as the buyer and was on top of the purchase process. The team was very flexible with all our requests and constraints on multiple viewings and having contractors in for quotes and reviews prior to the finalisation of the sale. Great job guys and wish you all the success on future sales. Will definitely use for buying and selling in the future.
