I highly recommend Kate Brookfield - she is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and altogether delightful! I found the whole purchasing process to be a supportive one. GoogleThis a wonderful estate agency which I can only praise and recommend to anyone. Oliver and his team are very professional, courteous and helpful. The property I was shown was in great condition and fairly priced. Any special requests were sorted quickly and professionally. Later, my personal circumstances changed and Vita Properties were very understanding and found the perfect solution for me. This agency is honest, fair, decent and has lovely staff. After dealing with so many sub-par lettings agencies in London, Vita Properties deserves my total respect. A big thanks to Mikki, who is always available for a consultation, very polite and friendly. I would rent from Vita any time again.

GoogleNouri and the team are really amazing. Not only that they made the flat search and letting process a very smooth experience ( they are very professional, mediated nicely between and tried to get the best for both parties, they even brought a bottle of champagne when I got into the flat) but they were always helpful with the flat even if they are not managing the it. For eg, tonight my key broke and I could not get into the flat; Nouri went out of his way to find the spare key located in their office and brought it to me outside of working hours. Amazing service, amazing team, amazing Nouri. Cannot recommend enough!!😊

GoogleHighly recommend Vita and had a great experience end to end. Contacted them on a Friday after another flat fell through last minute. Thomas worked to get me into the flat the next day at a time that worked well for me. Everything went very smoothly with the process and the communication from everyone in the office was excellent. They went out of their way to help me with anything from viewing the flat again to take measurements to arranging repairs.

GoogleMalcolm was fantastic at managing the sale of my property. It wasn’t an easy transaction and it was so refreshing to work with someone who’s experience made all the difference. He knew the right people and moved things along in a way which would have stumped the ‘younger more inexperienced’ agents I came across from other companies. GoogleVita delivered from the beginning and Diana was simply the best: After five weeks of searching for a place to rent, based 5 hours behind, in South America, Vita Properties was the first agency to actually reply to the voice message I left after calling and receiving no answer. To my surprise, Diana send me a Whatsapp late in the evening, when I was hopeless. But she ensured that we could view the apartment in the way that suited us best, providing us with an impeccable experience. Not only was she very friendly during the bidding process, but once we started managing the move to the apartment, she took care of providing us with nothing but solutions and no obstacles. I hope that everyone searching for an apartment in London has an experience like the one Diana and Vita Properties have given us so far.
