GoogleI randomly met Nouri Alexander at the entrance of our building on a Saturday morning as he was about to begin a viewing of a rental property. I later introduced him to my wife as the guy who would sell our flat and this is exactly what he did. The team at Vita made the process seamlessly stress-free, whilst delivering excellent service levels: Intuition, savoir-faire, great insight into clients’ demographics, unflappable behaviour, promptest responses, and a genuine sense of welcome to their offices in Northways Parade. Above all, they do all this with a sense of humour. Vita has changed my perception of the estate agent sector. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking to sell or purchase property in the local area. Not only I want to thank Nouri, but all the other soldiers: Oliver, Jonathan and “Fancy Socks” Daniel. Together, they make an exceptional team!

GoogleI recently purchased a 2 bedroom flat in St John's Wood that Vita properties had listed and the whole experience from start to end was great. My main contact Daniel was extremely patient and understanding with all the ups and downs of the conveyancing process and helped smooth the journey for both the buyer and seller. The communication has been great throughout the process and I would happily recommend Vita to anybody looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
