Excellent estate agents

I would like to say what a excellent estate agents Keenans are. From start to Finnish and the bits in-between I could not fault them. A special mention for Simon who came to apprise the house first, what a true professional he was he explained all what Keenans would do to sell our house and explained in detail how the company's department's work. He was very informative and answered all our questions. Thank you Simon and the rest of the team for a faultless service. People they won't let you down

Wonderful staff, could not recommend highly enough!

I have used Keenans now to buy several properties and to sell one, and my experience is ongoing currently. I could not fault them, they have been incredibly proactive in marketing my property, getting an incredible number of viewings and ultimately securing a sale at asking price for a tricky property with a tiny bathroom that could not be improved. On the purchase front they are also really proactive, contacting me on a weekly basis to let me know of progress, ironing out any difficulties and ensuring that every purchase goes smoothly and quickly. I could not possibly mention them all but special thanks to Rob, Jonathan, Sophie, Dave, Adam and Jess at Accrington office for their professionalism, friendly welcome approach and all-round effort.

We feel very lucky to have had Simon from the Swinton branch leading us through the sale of our house. He is extremely pleasant, friendly, honest and has a excellent knowledge and expertise of both the local market and the field that he works in. He stayed in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and provided the right advice, reassurance and guidance we needed at each step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and he always answered our questions in an honest and timely manner. We would not hesitate to recommend Keenan's and more specifically Simon, he made what could have been a very stressful time for us run so smoothly. We are now settled in our new house but should we move again we would only do it with Simon by our side. Thanks Simon and Keenan's for everything.

Exceptional property management service for our portfolio of investment properties

We have been using Keenans Estate Agents to manage our property portfolio for over 12 months now, after receiving a very poor service from our previous agents. So far I can't fault the service. Patrick Jones and his team are efficient, professional and on top of all the needs of my tenants. I am out of the country on a daily basis with my profession, and I find it reassuring to know that I can rely on Patrick and his team to take away the normal day to day pressures of property management. Owning investment properties is a job on its own and using Keenans to manage our portfolio is one of the best decisions I have made.

Just had an offer on a property accepted. Initial contact was with a lovely lady called Georgia from the sales team , she arranged a viewing date and reminder phone call on the day of the viewing. On the day the the viewing Mathew showed me around the property. Mathew was very pleasant and professional. Spoke with Georgia again who liased with vendor with my bids on the property. She also forwarded me information on a conveyancing solicitor. Very pleased with the service highly recommend Keensns Swinton.

Nikki should be called 'Nikki 'keep calm in a crisis' Winstanley. She is cheerful, committed, and supportive. Buying and selling houses is not easy however Nikki works hard to make it as smooth as possible, reassuring along with way and working to keep everything on track. Absolutely appalling service. My experience with Keenan's was dotted with lies told by them. The Swinton branch lied to me from the get-go. They convinced me to sign up with Keenan's, making promises they couldn't keep and giving false information. However, immediately after signing up, all these promises were never heard of again. There was no after sales services, no follow ups, no feedback.... nothing. Absolute waste of my time. Happy to provide details on this to prove that this is not a fake review.
