Different rules and time differences made the process tough and very stressful but Amanda Sweeney and Gemma Cowley were so helpful and understood the urgency of my many desperate emails!!!! GoogleAs a landlord I recently encountered a rent arrears situation, which was a first for me. Delrae Yon was exceptionally helpful in ensuring the discrepancy was chased and payment made. Both landlord and tenant kept happy, which is difficult to do. She answered my emails promptly and was exceptionally professional.

Called up but it was already going through referencing… sad times. 2 days later, “can you view the house tonight?! It back on the market!” YES WE CAN! Louise was a dream! She knew how much we wanted it and did everything she could to make it happen! We moved in today and we couldn’t be happier! ❤️ Definitely recommend Richard James! The house warming Prosecco is chilling in the fridge, all the staff, Louise, Jake, Frankie, Gemma, have made it so smooth and easy! Happy New Year! 💥

GoogleExcellent service. A great chap called Anthony Salter gave us the tours around houses and took the stress out of buying. Then again when it came to selling. This young man is an asset to the industry he made the whole experience stress free and entertaining. Totally recommend Anthony to anyone looking for the services of an agent.
