GoogleGreat service from Richard James. Laura Woolley and Ellis Smith we very instrumental in getting a difficult purchase over the line. It nearly fell through due to solicitor delays. But their proactive management of vendor frustration got this over the line. Highly recommended.

GoogleVery impressed with the service I have received throughout from Ross, Fredy, Nicola and the team. Right from the start, realistic, incredible pictures and extra touches, great communication... and right through to the sales. We had a difficult chain with solicitors who were unresponsive, but nicola was always on the ball helping us along the way.

My messages and requests are responded to promptly and in particular my last arrangement for a faulty shower to be replaced, which was dealt with by Louise Robinson, was done efficiently and smoothly. I would recommend Richard James to anyone with a property to rent.

GoogleNot transparent with information. A simple query like - the vendor has done modifications, have they got any approvals or planning permission in place is not answered. The buyer just gets told that "Your Solicitors will need to find it out". So basically they are expecting the buyer to pay money to solicitors and find this out almost two months in the sale. Ridiculous!!

Laura was in touch with me at least once a week so I knew exactly how far along we had got. Would highly recommend Richard James a very professional company.
