FacebookBought a property that was advertised with Richard James, although the mortgage did not get through easily and it was not a smooth purchase the support I had from this agency was surprising. Always on top of things, easy to commute, responds immediately, really helpful. Very happy, would love to have business again.

GoogleRichard James showed no incompetence or particular disregard however the process was not made easier by them, and frequently we felt very badgered by Richard James, and their supporting advice was poor. Whilst we would not urge anyone to avoid their service in particular we would not recommend them either.

FacebookGreat agency. Always helpful from beginning to end. Rented one of their properties for three years, everything always went smooth, fixing any problem, check out. No hidden fees ever. Gee Mossom produced the checkout report and dealt with the last bits and she was amazing.

GoogleI have moved a lot and I could not recommend Richard James highly enough. From the initial contact and negotiations by Josh, the viewings handled by Freddy and the transaction follow up by Jo, the whole team were an agency 'breath of fresh air' … don't use anyone else!
